The employees at store #3080 was rude no even a Good Morning , was a bad 3 min experience , no going back to that store and would take my business to another auto parts store now on , google is not even give me the option to Give no stars . Change your ways guys at #3080 store

Last night want to check to see if our battery it was good. They told us they couldn't check it because there wasn't enough people in the storeThe following morning came back again to see if they could check out to see if my battery or my alternators good same situation. You told me I had to wait till 11 o'clock. There was only 3 people in the store.?

Poor service at this location. Worker was more interested in stocking the store than helping customers. They also started talking about customers in Spanish unaware that there were other people in the store that understood what they were saying.

Went in here Friday night with a friend that had a little of knowledge about spark plugs and oil changes But these guys really helped us out and hooked us up with what we needed. And very thankful. thanks, guys. From now on I come here for all my automotive needs.

Store is ok..it's a hub store so this is your best bet finding a store with your part in stock. Staff could be a little more knowledgeable, but friendly and helpful. Definitely better than the zone. You probably don't want to take your kids in here.. first call employees don't have a vocabulary filter and think the customers can't hear them.. they are open later so that's a plus.. will put parts on hold for you.. need some business retention pointers though.. would not offer "ANY" discounts to try to retain customer or make a sale. Valvoline dex atf sells for $34 here but $21 @ Wally world. Obviously thier cost is (at least $20 )or less..asked if they could give a couple of bucks off and, no..so was definitely worth $14 to drive 3 miles (10minutes) to wal mart.. could have offered $4 off, made %50 on cost and helped a relationship.. still like shopping there . Just annoying sometimes..
