Iv been going to NGY for years. The prices for contractors as well as consumers are amazing. I deal with only Ashley, who is more then amazing and always knowledgeable and professional. Recommend NGY highly!

On Monday I went to rerun some unused extra items. Did all necessary paper work. Waited for back warehouse but the worker states “I don’t have time” after waiting for over an hour!
Made contact with multiple workers including the lady who handles the warehouse papers work in the back and her colleagues in addition to warehouse employees.
Everyone lacked care and ignored my concerns.
The management’s collective inconsiderance is concerning.
I finally get someone’s attention. Sent to front office to be issued credit. Told to wait by front desk. Some one walks in afterwards. They were rushed ahead of me despite the fact that it wasn’t their turn.
If dishonesty, disorganization and distortion was a sport’s Olympics, they deserve a gold medal?
Unbelievably frustrating experience.

Do not recommend. First time visit and definitely is the last time. Front office ladies are very rude. No customer service whatsoever. Looks like do not need the business. Did go elsewhere.

Worst customer service they won’t help you and are rude. The girl in the center was talking to the girl next to her in English about me thinking that I don’t speak or understand English

I came a year ago and I thought that the service or organization of the company had already changed but they remain the same or worse than before that is why they lose more customers every day.

Beware attitude from Judith!I had a terrible experience dealing with her at this establishment. She was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and showed no courtesy or kindness throughout our interaction. She was banging on her keyboard when I ask her if they price matched and was like “see I can’t change anything”. I don’t understand why people can be so mean I love giving positive reviews that’s why I’m a local guide. Due to Judith's attitude and lack of professionalism, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend dealing with her if you are looking for a pleasant and helpful customer service experience. WOW is all I can say.

Awful customer service, honestly children from elementary school could work better than the employees here. Workers are so slow and don't acknowledge you at all. These workers are going to frustrate you and make you wait for so long which could results in losing customers while not getting anything on time. Don't waste your energy coming here.

Very rude, no one wanted to get up from their desk to help us find products or even look them up in the computer, had to wait a hour because everyone was playing on their cell phones, including the manager. Worst experience.

would NOT RECOMMEND coming here!Come here if you want to start an argument!The workers attitudes are horrible and sickening. The seller, Grace Cai, at the front desk was ruthless and rude. She is very ignorant and looks like she hates her job. ANY question I ask, she replies nonchalantly and acts nothing like at work. If I ask something like about the item that I would like to purchase she would reply with, “How would I know.” Or if I was confused on what she said because her responses were so vague, she would get annoyed .Utterly disrespectful and disgusting. I was honestly so shocked in their responses and attitude. Like if you hate your job so much why are you even here? At least try to act like you care, it is not that hard. Anyways, I would NOT RECOMMEND coming here! Come here if you want to start an argument.
