Nexgrill desk clerk was knowing the parts of the Model 720-0898. I received that part 012079200AW side burner Gas value in a very timely matter. I have my Nexgrill working for "T" bone steak last night. I'm very happy with the response from your cherk THANK YOU

Charcoal grill works fine, but turnaround on emailing customer service was a slow 12 days. If you're looking for and/or expect timely customer service, you may be better served by a different grill manufacturer.
