NAPA is a professional discounted parts store.I needed a new battery and they had six choices . I got a AAA discount. I walked in and got the battery returned the old one in one place.

I want to leave a very good review on here for Napa and a sales representative Josh! I am having a long crazy weekend with a bunch of challenges coming to me, but Josh made the weekend better for me. I had a hard time finding a battery for my SUV. 3 other auto part stores didn't carry one I needed but Napa Auto did. I didn't have access to any tools and Josh really helped me. He replaced the battery for me and got me and car moving. Thank you so much Josh and Napa Auto!

My husband and I just stopped in to get a starter relay for my vehicle (it's hard to find). The gentleman who helped us was awesome! After my husband pulled our problem starter relay, the employee extraordinaire worked diligently for a long time until he found a matching part that would work for us. I didn't catch his name, but thank you for amazing customer service!!
