Phil and Cindy were super helpful. Stayed 20 min past closing to help me out. I recently ordered a set of brake calipers, and I went in to return my cores. Just to find out Napa has lifetime warranty on their brake calipers so they went through the whole process of refunding my order rather than just taking my cores back.

NAPA is a professional discounted parts store.I needed a new battery and they had six choices . I got a AAA discount. I walked in and got the battery returned the old one in one place.

I want to leave a very good review on here for Napa and a sales representative Josh! I am having a long crazy weekend with a bunch of challenges coming to me, but Josh made the weekend better for me. I had a hard time finding a battery for my SUV. 3 other auto part stores didn't carry one I needed but Napa Auto did. I didn't have access to any tools and Josh really helped me. He replaced the battery for me and got me and car moving. Thank you so much Josh and Napa Auto!
