We used Mutt Cutts Dog Spa mobile grooming for the first time. Great service. Excellent communication. The service was quick and convenient. Our pup looks great! He received a full service and the groomer did an excellent job. It was so nice not to have our dog at the groomers for several hours. We will be booking a groom again. I highly recommend Mutt Cutts Dog Spa.

I reached out because my previous mobile dog groomer left me hanging. Our dog needs grooming. I was asked for Name of the dog and address, which is normal. I gave that info. Then I got a message the following day asking for my name. I was reluctant to give it because no other groomer has asked before. I gave my last name and it still wasn't enough. I explained why I felt uncomfortable and then she replies that she cancelled my appointment even after I gave my full name because I made HER feel uncomfortable. Even after I explained that it was the first time I've ever been asked. It just annoyed me because she played victim to something I had just explained myself for. I don't like people I don't know having all my information due to bad past experiences. I offered to do everything over and start fresh so I can get her to service our pup and I pretty much got ignored. I'm sure she does great work with dogs, but her people skills need to improve.

Too many hidden fees. $20 upsell after the work was done? Never been charged a difficulty and specialty fee? Second time they have done this to me. Inspect the dog in advance, be upfront about potential fees. Work done was average. Could of done it better myself and save the $100. Ridiculous!

My 2 dogs both have issues that need special attention and are so well cared for at Mutt Cutts. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Don't think I would trust this place with my pups. I tried calling to get an appointment and the phone was answered it was a short, rude "Mutt Cutts please hold", and immediately put me on hold without a response from me at all! I was left on hold for OVER 10 MINUTES and finally hung up. Called back again and got the same greeting...immediately put on hold and forgotten about. Rude customer service and doesn't seem to care about their customers... can't imagine how they treat our pets.

Took our Gracie for her first grooming appointment at Mutt Cutts this morning. She is just 4.5 months and we were waiting for her vaccinations to be complete. So happy with the work. Our Gracie looks like a new puppy! Golden doodles can be challenging to groom but Mutt Cutts did an awesome job! We already made our next appointment!

I've always taken my dog here however, last time - after taking him, he ended up with cuts on his paws. I figured it was one time and let it be especially since it was the first time. I just picked him up and again, cut paws. I had to pay $140 to have him shaved down due to mats we didn't even know he had and now he has cut paws. For $140, our boy shouldn't have any cuts on his paws.

Been taking our fur babies here for more than a decade now. I highly recommend them. You can clearly tell the employees here are passionate about what they do. Our babies are always well taken care of. They always come home smelling and looking fresh.

Great service and quality cuts! Just took my poodle for her 2nd visit, and she looks and smells so fresh! My dog didn't seem to mind going back and wasn't nervous (as she has been with other groomers). I can't wait to try some of their color services soon!

Brought my aussiedoodle here after taking her on a week long backpacking trip! She was matted and full of sand and dirt. Super grateful to Amanda for making us feel good about dropping her off and being informative!

Been taking my mini schnauzer there for few times now. I used to go to another groomer but unfortunately my baby got ear infection 2 times in a row he went there. So I went to mutt Cutts and I'm so happy with their service! My boy pepper always in a good mood when I pick him up! And I know how tricky it is to get the right cut for a schnauzer. Their price also reasonable. Definitely recommend this place.

The grooming was well done, but what we were quoted it would be for a small dog and what we were charged were different, so that was kind of off putting. We might give it another chance, but we've been referred to other Groomers in the area as well we might try.
