I have always had a great experience in Chino location. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always greets you with a smile. At the Mother's store it feels hassle free , quick, and convenient. Not only do they provide a variety of fresh foods but this location is always stocked and clean. Everything is organized and spotless. Jacob and the girls today were amazing like always.

Everyone is so kind and helpful here. They all greeted me with a smile and even said goodbye to me as I walked out. Jacob assisted me today and he was so helpful and he explained to me how the WIC and EBT program work. We also had a great conversation. I will be coming back to do my shopping here.

Great service !!!!! Young man assisted me and a young girl they where very nice and polite. It's been a rough pregnancy for me so having people be nice is something that is getting difficult to find but here they are. They made my day!

If you want quick and easy with friendly customer service, this is where you want to stop in and shop. Whenever I go in it feels like I'm right at home. Every employee is very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to get me in and out. Very personable and always beyond helpful. This is the only mothers nutrition I'll shop at!

Been coming here for the past 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Every time im there all the employees are so welcoming and very nice! I love that the produce is always fresh and there prices super affordable. Anyone who says they have horrible service, is wrong!! 100% recommend coming to mothers especially Chino Location!

Young associates with attitudes, the music in there is so loud u can barely hear the associate talk even with the microphone. Finally told the cashier I couldn't hear her the music is too loud, the times after that it was better surprisingly. One time I got a gift of tortillas, went home to find mold on it that day. Also I get the whole covid thing where u can't help put away the groceries in the car anymore, but if u see me struggling to pick up the heavy box of milk, come on a little lift will be helpful, you touch my items at the register, so what's the difference?

Melissa has amazing customer service skills, extremely friendly. Even during covid. I always get my WIC stuff in one shot and shes patient with me, everyone is but Melissa definitely went above and beyond. Fabulous conversation as well, the time invested into me as more than a customer and as an actual hunan being is why i come back. Thank you Melissa

This place is always so nice and welcoming. I usually do most of my wic shopping here minus the produce because it is all prepackaged.. I Iike going to a grocery store and picking out each item there, plus there's more variety. The employee that has helped me out like 3 times and that is always just so courteous is Daniel E (according to my receipt) he always greets and sparks conversation. He helps me out and even while outside he makes time to talk. It eases off the embarrassment of going to a regular grocery store.

Very organized and easy to shop at this store.
I never knew it was part of wic. Easy to shop everything on our fingertips here. Healthy food,friendly staff and well-organized store.
