Please be Careful when pulling money out here someone put card readers into the drive thru atm machine and they're going to take your money once you leave I was victim please be careful I know to be smarter next time and go inside the bank to pull out money

I came to open a savings account. I was surprised that I needed an appointment for this, especially because I already have my parents living trust here. After banking with a credit union I was sure a teller would open the account, but I was wrong. Not the best service here. They make simple things complicated. I also find it odd that a cash deposit regardless of the amount, requires an ID. Again, not required at my credit union? Thinking of closing my accounts here.

Been a customer for some years, ugh usually only 2 bank tellers, mostly a long wait in line. Going to close my checking going to chase whare I bank there also great customer service no long wait in lines

I come in here occasionally for my banking needs, and there's no consistency with customer service, greeting the customer, and being profiled for banking needs to pull you out line for faster service. I know it's not the tellers fault when there's only one or two of them working with a line of 20+ people. I blame management for not addressing the simplest thing when it comes to customer relations "Customer Service". Management can't make frequent announcements about why the lines are so long and that we will be attended shortly?? Or even a simple apology, that goes a long way in itself. As large as this bank is, it's by far the worst managed. I've been to much smaller Bank of America's, and I walk in with the breeze and walk out in a short time. They need to have a minimum of four tellers working at peak hours not one or two. Again this is a management issue.

If you can find another BofA to go to DO IT!! Went in about 9am to pull cash and there was about 15 people in line with 2 tellers working. You could tell the one teller was having issues resolving someone's problem cuz she kept having to walk away. Then the other guy was a business teller and he was also taking forever to help that person. While this is going on we have 2 women discussing were two Christmas wreaths should be hung up! "I like it here." "Well I think it looks better over here!" Finally one guy asked the 2 women hanging the wreaths of they could open another teller. She said when they are done they will help you. He said maybe helping get this line down instead of hanging wreaths would be better and she said it was for the holiday spirit. NEWS FLASH!! PEOPLE DON'T COME TO THE BANK FOR HOLIDAY SPIRIT! Once he said that they processed to "look" busy and started asking people in line what they needed! We need you guys to open more tellers and actually do your fuckin job instead of hanging Christmas decor you dumb bitch! All in all it took about 30 mins of waiting! Absolutely ridiculous!

Just left the bank where I was the ONLY person NOT greeted as I walked into the bank. I was the ONLY person in line that was NOT asked if I could be assisted with something outside the line. When it was my turn the representative did not greet me, once she handled my transaction she proceeded to work on something else. I was confused because she didn't thank nor give me any indication the transaction was over until I asked "are we done" she said "yes" then I said confusely "your welcome" the representative Maria Garcia was extremely rude and has no place in customer service. I am convinced this behavior and lack of customer service was due to me being BLACK since I was the only person of color in the bank and the only person of color not obtaining the same customer service as others.

Went in today, teller on the business line was a bit rude, raised her voice, not very professional, especially when there is other customers around. I just asked her if I can get a receipt, her response was "next time tell me ahead of time". Don't we normally get a receipt???? Very bad customer service. I hardly to go inside, I usually use the ATM, but occasionally I do need to go in. Been a customer of B OF A over 40 years.

They have no customer service! I came to deposit and cash my check. I have an account already for over 4 years with them I asked to cash half of the check and deposit the rest large amount of check! Teller stated we no longer cash out checks? Mind you I stated what I was requesting I asked to speak to "manager" same reply than they stated since the check wasn't a Bank of America check they couldn't accept it. Note none of the checks I have ever cashed or deposited have bounced. Instead they went on to say this is the chino branch you opened your account in another office. They should really work on getting and providing customer service! Instead of speaking in Spanish and bad mouthing about how could I request to speak to a manager they shouldn't assume I wouldn't understand Spanish.....

Horrible customer service; had an issue with a transaction at this location. When I tried to get some help I was basically given a phone number and said you can call this number......WTH When I asked why can't someone help me I was told "everyone is busy" I looked around and there were two people in the teller line and NO ONE in the offices. I even offered Dominic an out by asking why he couldn't help. His ridiculous response was I have to check in other people......

It's impossible to talk to someone there over the phone to ask them a simple question, they want you to make an appointment, once you go there, there is only 1 or 2 tellers working very slow and having you on line for long time. It used to be a great bank a few years ago, now it's the worst bank for customer services. My credit union is way,way,way much better in customer services.

Just wanted to put my no star but stuck with one star review. Slowly moving all my banking needs to my credit union which I should have done a long time ago.
