paid off my loan and come 3 months later they take 300 dollars out of my account and won't return it due to u paid balance ? screams fraud. don't come here.

Juanita has the best customer service skills and personality ever. She is so helpful and has the nicest demeanor. I feel like good customer service is hard to come by these days but Juanita made this process go so smooth. Thank you!
