They listened to what i needed in a phone but so dang instant that i buy a non name brand.. When i finally chose 1 i liked oh we are sold out.. And its 1 they suggested i get.. So started pushing the off brand even more..

I feel that new and existing customers should have the same deals.I’ve been a customer of Metro for over 10!years. Upgrading your phone should be an easier process.

Customer service there sucks bad but Yet I still continue to go to the store ,is the closest one to my home ive been there for the fifth time . This is probably the last time go Metro PCS. I entered this store Everybody's on break!! no welcoming knowledgement whatsoever. Eating on the counter facing their back to the customer. I waited 10min , no help no questions NOTHING!! My intentions was to add another line to my plan and buy 2 phones.

Worst Metro store I have ever been to. They will lie to your face and rip you off. I came in to upgrade my Samsung the price they have displayed is $199.99 plus activation and tax. However they said the total out the door was $310. HOW HOW HOW I went to another store and all I paid was $260. Don't go to this store they up price all their phones 50-60 dollars. Worst attitude also when you call them out on it it gets worst to where they ask you to leave the store. I asked for the manger (Margie) even worst attitude than the first girl. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE. This store need to get shut down can't believe metro let's stores like this be open.

The employees here are terrible customer service I told them my pin they kept saying it was incorrect overcharging me on a new phone I would never recommend anybody coming here again go to the one on mission and Chino Emily is the best

Do not do business here. Went in to get a new phone because mine broke. The employee said that I can be approved and get a new phone. I gave her my info and she said I was approved. I asked her if this was a line of credit I was taking out and she told me yes. She said it would be interest free for three months after the three months it was going to be 20% interest. She said I can make large payments on the phone to pay it off before interest started. Turns out it was a lease. I have three months to buy out my lease but there is a 20% charge to do so. My other option is to make 11 payments of $85 a month. If I choose to do that I’ll have paid close to $950 for $500 phone. She lied about other things as well. This is just a summary of what happened. My fault for trusting the employee though. I made the mistake.

Metro" walking distance from my home. Went in for help with my phone that has warranty. Wifi and Apps not working. Newer employee reset phone. I came back within half hour because no apps or text were working and the phone was worse. Asked if I could replace was told no. Asked if I could buy a new phone told no. Asked for a Manager. Manager Skyped with me. So unprofessional and staff very rude....Manager said I had to go to the store I originally purchased the phone from (40 min drive to Riverside) am giving RIVERSIDE store 1O stars..Hugo reset the phone ...knew the product and I left completely satisfied.Chino store needs to train staff on products and Customer Service...

After going to 7 other metros, I end up here because they have the phone I was looking for in stock so they start the process for me to switch lines, they give me a price with activation ,phone, tax & first month payment. I told them on their door is a sign that says there is 0 fee when you switch to Metro to where one of the girls responded "I know it says that but we charge you anyways, you can call Metro after you're done and see if they'll give you a refund." I told them I don't want to swap services in I'll go somewhere else where the other girl responded to get the f*** out. While leaving there's a sign on the door which I took and I showed the girl exactly where it said there is no activation fee when switching services and walked out the door, as I got in my car the girl ran outside and hit my car, scratched my paint and ran back inside having a fit, I should have been upset but it was so funny to watch a person get so upset literally nothing that I laughed all the way home. That is until I noticed the scratches on the hood of my car the next morning. Best part is I have the majority of her meltdown on my dashboard camera. After reading reviews from this location on Yelp and on Google, I realized that this place has it insane history, the fact that it still has a franchisee licence is insane. Customer service from this company in general is terrible, there's absolutely no way to talk to anybody from corporate to make any kind of complaint either by phone or email. Apparently I am a glutton for punishment and I ended up going to a corporate store in Pomona where they had the phone I wanted,charge me the proper pricing and fees and because of the complete opposite demeanor of my previous experience at T-Mobile, I also purchased a tablet and service for that as well. The moral of the story is that a $15 activation fee is going to now cost the owner of this Metro location $1,500 when he sued in small claims.

Don't know their names but the two girls that are working right now we're very very rude when I told them I will take my business somewhere else they said they will call the other store Metro and tell them not to let us in. Stay away from this place. We don't recommend it. Take your business somewhere else. It's really not even worthy of one star
