Women with blonde hair was rude as hell and was just constantly on her phone asked her if tapping your card work and she says if u wait a min with an attitude and forgot to grab the ditches thought she put it in the bag but kept it behind the desk and as I walk out she says your not going to grab your dutches with a bitchy attitude I wouldn't come back

Horrible- they're racist !!!!! And they're covid spreaders no one in there is wearing a mask !!!! They are so rude and judgey I'm really surprised they are still open ! Covid spreaders for sure and they don't care about others obviously if they aren't wearing a mask !

This man working on 9/8/2020 is always rude. It's disgusting the things he shouts to clients. He threatens to call immigration for any concern brought up by his clients. My mother couldn't return an expired product out on shelves or exchange because he assumed since she was old she didn't know any better. He mocked her for a few minutes insulted her for not speaking fluent English when he spoke fluent Spanish. He denied the item was expired and threaten to call immigration not the cops he took it a step higher with his racial remarks. It's horrible because since we live close we have walked in more than one time and his demeanor towards clients is very shocking. If he's the owner what a shame but if he's an employee he deserves to get fired.

I was in need of a mask because of Covid restrictions at the bakery across the street. Knowing Mel's had masks I went in and purchased $2 medical type mask. I walked outside to put it on and one of the elastic ear loops pulled out of the mask making it not useable. I walked right back into the store and showed the clerk who just sold me the mask and I requested an exchange. The clerk would no exchange or refund my money and said, "They are not meant to last forever."Prior to this incident I would patronize this store. I won't be spending any of my money there again!!!If I could rate them a ZERO I would have!!!

I use Mels liquor for Doordash delivery all the time. Super convenient. We pay our bills and send money through western union a few times per month. Also they make money orders later than any other store which is super helpful. Great place, always there when I need them.
