DON'T USE YOUR DEBIT CARD!!! They will charge you nearly double!! I looked at the amount right before I pressed the "stop" button and it read $6.63. My bank account shows I spent $12!!!! What a rip off!! And of course there's no working number to speak to someone.

Place was very clean, water pressure was great. Didn't even hand-dry my car afterwards; the spot-free rinse did what it promised. Best car wash in the area.People are leaving negative reviews saying they were scammed because of a $12 credit card charge. That only happens when you don't press the STOP button on the card machine in your bay.

Yo they did the same thing to me and charged me $12 twice !!!! If I was gonna pay $24 for a wash I woulda went to a detailer !

I don't understand why they have a phone number on YELP that is not connected to phone service. What is the purpose? Also, they dont have a phone number on their place of business either!!! Will i ever get my $5 dollars back that your machine ate? I left a note under the door because thats what the instruction said, leave note under door. WHAT?!?! Kind of service is that? You have dollar changers inside car wash bay. I didnt realize it! Til after! They seemed newer. If your machine changers that are not inside car wash bays are EXTREMELY OLD & NOT FUNCTIONAL why keep using them? Maybe put an OUT OF ORDER SIGN? Well its been almost a week and never heard from them. I GUESS MY NOTE WITH MY INFORMATION WAS PROBABLY TRASH TO THEM SINCE I HAD TO DROP IT UNDER THE DOOR. And your better off washing your car at a car wash place! I dont trust the credit card system because i was charged $12.00 for 6:45 minutes. My last car wash there!

same as other person. they took $12 out of my account for a car wash AND took a $5 bill in coin machine and gave me NO change. RIP OFF DO NOT GO HERE !

I have come to this place for years only to just now check my bank statements and this place charged me 12$ for a 2$ carwash without me knowing, I would avoid this place until they do something about this Fraud

I washed my car and had to pay around $5 and change so I used my card twice.... when I looked at my bank account it charged me $12 twice. I really mad because I feel like that's how they rob people. Good thing o checked my account. I called my bank and told them what happend and they made a claim. Hopefully I get my $19 back. DO NOT USE UR CARD ON THIS MACHINE

The machines work good, but I was just there paid with my card and at the end of my car wash it said total charge was $5.60... Well I was charged $12.00 to my account.. They over charged me! Now I have no idea who to contact to get my money back 😒
