Perfect place to take the kids, very inexpensive and convenient, food was great ?, staff was very professional, very clean, games and playground were very entertaining for the kids and fully functional, me and the wife also where able to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee ☕️ ?. Nice selection of energy drinks too...will definitely return.

This place is not fun at all for 4-year-old children, the electronic games do not work, they are missing a lot, I do not recommend it

Do not get a membership here. They make cancellation difficult. I just got charged another month membership even though I canceled 9 "business days" ago (13 days ago if you count the weekends). I have tried to contact management to confirm that my one month membership was indeed cancelled, but there is NEVER management available. It's always young employees that keep saying the manager isn't in, I need to talk to a manager about this and/or if you cancelled online it should he fine. Well, unfortunately they are wrong. It was not fine and their online cancellation system does not work.
I signed up for a one month membership because moms I met wanted to do playdates here. When I signed up, I asked about the cancellation policy and they said you can sign up and even cancel tomorrow, and you can use the membership for the rest of the month. They said just to cancel before 5 business days which I did.
I am posting this review because this happened to someone else I know too. I should have learned from their experience.

I am very happy that they accommodate my daughter’s birthday even at the very last minute due to a rain that’s why we have to change venue. Luv 2 Play in Chino did not disappoint us. Love how attentive the staff are and the owner Jovan paid attention to detailed. Clean facility as well!

I love the place but since opening I think they need to do some maintenance. A lot of the games don't work as well as some of the devices in the playground.

Brought my 2 year old and almost 1 year old here to play and they both had an absolute blast. There is a baby area and toddler area in addition to the big play area. My 2 year old was able to enjoy all areas with supervision and everything felt clean and very safe for him. My 1 year old had fun in the baby and toddler area but wasn’t quite ready for the bigger kid area. It was somehow fun and active and relaxing at the same time. There is a lot of space to for adults or kids to sit and eat or take a break. The atmosphere is pretty good there. Workers are nice and the other guests were very nice and respectful. It wasn’t crowded, but we did go on a weekday morning so I kind of expected that. We are definitely going to return!

This was our first time at Love 2 play in Chino. It was also the first time we decided to have our son‘s birthday anywhere other than our house. We went with the ultimate package. Our overall experience was perfect. From booking to setup to party time, the staff was great! Shout out to Nay for her help in booking, which entailed about 8 phone calls with our questions before and after booking. Our party host Megan was incredibly helpful during the 30 minutes of setup, 1 hour of food and cupcakes, setting the timeline, and cleanup. We even happened to be there when they had Santa for free photos! All Kids are allowed to play the entire day of the party! Which is great since the kids could not get enough of the playground and games. There’s even two separate areas for toddlers to play safely. The whole facility felt very clean and safe. The owner even came to check on us after the party. The pizza was surprisingly delicious! Our package came with a $5 game card per child and they loved the video games, although the prizes could be a bit better. And the birthday boy gets to come back for free all month! We will be back and would highly recommend for a party or just a play day.

Was my first and last time to visit this place so many years going to indoor playground and this one humiliated me with out knowing the truth side of the story kids are kids how would you assume the true why not ask both parents to leave and mostly how would you go against a 4 year old with a 8 year old just because we are not oriental thats discrimination.

A great place to take your kids. I think Luv 2 play is one of the greatest place to take your children to play! My 3 years old daughter and 1 year old boy had a great time there. Good cafeteria and clean restroom with plenty of tables! A selection of food is also decentGreat location for birthday party also! Highly recommend!

Although the place to play here is not big, it is really clean, so I gave it full marks. A great place to take the kids and let off some steam once in a while!

The playground has deteriorated greatly from when I first signed up. Mats are lifted causing kids to trip, ball pits are almost empty, air cannon and ball drop doesn’t work, half the arcade games don’t work. Worst of all is when I tried to bring my daughter here 3 times it’s been closed for a private party and the staff said it’s posted online but they couldn’t find it posted on the website or any of the social media sites.
