This was our first time here. Our precious 18 year old cockatiel had sinus issues and needed to be treated right away. The office got us in that day. The entire staff was kind and Dr Noland took great care with our bird. Hopefully with the medication that was prescribed he will be on his way to feeling better and back to his usual playful personality. Thank you Loving Hands!

Brought my Bun in today that was going through some GI issues. Dr. Noland was very gentle and patient with my high stress bun. She also made everything clear to understand and took her time while examining her. A care plan was placed for out-patient care but also diagnostics. The diagnostic testing was not pushed on me whatsoever but will be the next course of action if out-patient care does not help. Vet Tech Omega was a pleasure she was reassuring, had great communication and made the process stress-free. She also made it clear that she is there to help. The receptionist were also very kind and very knowledgeable. When I had called to make my appointment they asked questions to make sure they had all the information but also mentioned if I had critical care on hand to help my bun. Them simply asking that knows they are equipped to help my bun. I would like thank the staff for their help today, it was greatly appreciated! :)

Loving Hands continues to be a wonderful place to care for our pets. We entrust them with the care of all of our pets from our more common house pets to our exotics. They offer great health care plans for our cats and dogs. They have helped us through the routine care with check-ups, dentals and vaccines and through various emergencies that have come up. The veterinary staff has great "bedside" manner. The veterinary staff is kind, compassionate, and thorough. They are all such great listeners and are wonderful at explaining things to pet parents. The techs and assistants are equally amazing, kind and knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk always are courteous, very prompt and they work well with the rest of the staff to provide a great experience for both pet parents and pets. The office is clean and well-kept, and all of our pets have always felt comfortable with the facility and staff. Our dogs are so comfortable that they lounge around during the brief wait to be seen. A big "Thank You!" to the entire staff for always going above and beyond for my entire family. You guys have been there for us and our pets from their happy beginnings, all the way through til the challenging times. When we have reached the challenging times, the staff has always been there for us. Our pets have crossed the rainbow bridge in a comfortable and private quiet space within the office. Isabel, thanks for your call today and for taking care of everything! You and the girls at the front are great. Trina, Omega, Jin, Kayleen and Masha, thank you for always providing the best care to our pets and for being there during the most difficult times. Dr. Noland, Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Campos and Dr. Plinio, thank you for everything through the years. We know our family has the best care in your hands.

Always receive friendly service here. They're always very patient with our dog Ben. The most recent review left by another person is very negative, but I just want to make sure the employee gets credit for handling the situation. Unsure of the employee's name that was helping me at the time on 7/17 when someone had called, but I can tell that the individual was very pressing when the employee asked if they could be put on a hold cause she was assisting me in the middle of payment. The employee was very patient and professional about the situation. On our way out the same customer called again and you could hear the customer. The customer was escalating the situation more than need be. In either case, I was assured, the employee prioritized what needed to be done and I was closed out for payment in less than two minutes.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Loving Hand Animal Hospital in Chino. My recent experience could have been more satisfactory and has left me questioning the quality of care provided at this establishment. Firstly, I was placed on hold for more than five minutes when I called the clinic. This extended wait time is unacceptable, especially when trying to get assistance for a pet's health. When I called back, the receptionist answered and immediately told me she would put me on a brief hold. I mentioned that I had already been placed on hold during my first call, but despite this, the receptionist insisted that she was on another call and abruptly hung up on me. This level of customer service is completely unprofessional and disheartening. Determined to address the issue, I called back and asked for the receptionist's name. She identified herself as Maria. To my surprise, Maria responded to my complaint with a rude tone, almost yelling, and stated that I was welcome to complain if I wished. To fellow pet owners, I strongly advise against taking your pets to Loving Hand Animal Hospital. If the staff displays such rude and unprofessional behavior towards human customers, it raises serious concerns about how they treat our beloved pets. Our pets deserve compassionate and attentive care, and based on my experience, this is not the place where they will receive it. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when choosing a veterinary clinic for their pets. Loving Hand Animal Hospital in Chino needs to address these serious customer service issues immediately to regain trust and ensure a positive experience for all pet owners and their pets.

Called asking for a quote or estimate on a spay and they refused. While I understand vets won't give you the exact price, they usually give you a range you can expect the costs to be. And this receptionist refused to give me any information except exam fee. I think it's ludicrous when vets do this because they're forcing you to spend money to come in for an exam. Just give me an estimated range! Just from that experience alone tells me this place is about money and not about their patients.

Dr. Sanchez is a crook of the worst kind. Her office does not communicate with each other. They give bad information and then blame the patient. Do not bring your pet here if you don't want them to be given a death sentence. She not only took almost 400 dollars for blood work and urinalysis she did not provide the prescription refills that were the very reason I paid for the blood work. When I called her out on it she became patronizing, calling me honey and when I told her to stop calling me that she doubled down and said it louder and harder..she is a liar and a thief.
Update: after taking my dog to another vet and learning that he was vomiting poop, the vet questioned why he was being kept alive. They looked at the medicine being given and informed me that my dog was suffering and we needed to let him go. He passed 10 days later. Sanchez is truly a money hungry crook, assuring me that he was fine so that I would buy $150 medication every month. We are now looking into the types of suits we can file against her practice to hold her accountable for her unethical practices.

Loving Hands is the best animal hospital I know. Dr. Sanchez has saved my little dog's life with her unbelievable knowledge of Veterinary medicine, Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, diet, supplements, kidney, skin and liver care... he was dying and now has revived and can enjoy life again.And my cat can walk and jump again thanks to her wonderful chiropractic and general care. Dr. Sanchez dedicates a lot of time and very special care to my pets. Also, Loving Hands technicians are friendly, compassionate, caring and careful and the staff is efficient, very nice, accommodating and very hard working. Please take advantage of this gem of a hospital. I would never trust my pets st any other place than this.

Total crook dr there. they're very friendly to get your trust. they see you as a money cash cow if you even look like you can afford something they'll do extra to the dog or make up a fake illness to charge you more! My dog stayed over night they're no one there at night! take your dog home if you have to have them here and bring back in morning, you do have that option, I did not know -my poor dog was so cold and came home with kennel cough! Then my dog was so afraid to go back in there,broke my heart to force him to go back but I already spent $1599! This visit. He still had an IV needle in. Every visit was extremely expensive (no he was not sick ) So the blanket I gave for him wasn't used at end they tried to give me a different blanket back bc they didn't use his, they said it was in the laundry yet smelled like my dog as it did when I left it there. They lie to you be ver careful and do your research look at papers and read. Tell them not to do anything without your consent first!! Better yet stay away! They're liars and take as much money from you as possible!
