Horrible horrible horrible they will take your money charge you for it and let you know your monthly payments are one price. Then the next time it’s due they will tell you something went wrong and now you owe 3x as much as they promised you!! They will act dumb as if they can’t do anything about it!! And there goes your money and when you want to cancel because that wasn’t the agreement they will charge your for that as well even though it was their mistake!! They should at least honor the price!! Or help you if they were at fault but they won’t.!..

I went here for general liability and commercial auto, which on their site and over the phone they said they had.When i arrived, i was told that they don't do commercial auto and that must providers aren't covering in California anymore for some stupid reason.So I left and called progressive, sure enough they don't know what this guy was talking about.How can i count on them to be on it, when they start out like that?! They were supposed to get back to me in 2 days with a quote for the gl, that was over a week ago.What a shame cuz they're close to my house too.

Great service and convenient. Came to renew my tags and turned out My registration was suspended for no insurance. Luckily Claudia was able to insure me, remove the suspension and give me my tags all on the same day. Quick, thorough and efficient. 5 stars highly recommend

This place is a true gem! I went there, following great reviews, after another insurance agency quoted me $500 downpayment and $200 monthly premiums for a single vehicle. Ebrahim took time to look at different options and I ended up paying half the amount I had been quoted for, both downpayment and monthly payments, with the same level of coverage. My situation was quite complicated and Ebrahim proved to be everything a perfect insurance agent should be - knowledgeable, very transparent, extremely kind, patient, super organized, personable and just beyond professional! I showed up on Saturday afternoon less than 1 hour before closing time and he graciously stayed after hours, taking a lot of "extra miles" trying to resolve my car insurance issues with the best possible outcome. Lomelin Insurance is a beautiful family business, they treat customers with unmatched honesty and warm welcome, for which they receive well-deserved great reputation (if you read yelp and google reviews). I don't have enough words to recommend this amazing insurance agency!

Wow! They definitely live up to their name, I needed help renewing my registration and Yuli was so kind, understanding and so knowledgeable, I was in out in less than 15 mins. OMG I am so glad I didn't have to go the DMV, highly recommend them. Thank you Yuli for your help again!
