Went in and received no greeting or inquiry of if I needed help finding anything. There were two employees who both had their backs turned to me folding clothes and sharing TikTok videos with each other. Clothes shopping is already an uncomfortable experience for me and I felt even more uncomfortable when I was ignored despite being the only one in the store. They eventually asked if I needed a fitting room when I randomly passed them, but it made me feel rushed and as though I had interrupted them. I ended up walking out as I did not wish to support a business that won't even do the bare minimum of greeting and inquiring if I need help. I attempted to leave feedback directly on their website, but the feedback link is broken. Guess this company really doesn't care for any customers anymore. I will support other businesses instead.

I will like to Thank the owner of this Store, is really hard to find clothes for people with hips*curve* and here I find everything I need, I love it, Great Customer Service Cindy, she is always Very Nice with everyone make you feel welcome makes me happy to come back. ?

The best quality in bras, especially for full-figured women, the first one I got on sale and when it came into the store (because I had to order it,) I got 50% off a regular priced item, so i got another bra, different color, very nice and helpful employees

We drive 40 miles to come to this location because Cindy, Lindsey & Rosie are awesome ladies they go that extra mile to make you feel very special. Definitely very helpful ladies with all my needs and concerns. highly recommend this locations. Thank u ladies!

I like the store however, the couple of times that I’ve been in there some of the women that work there are a bit rude. They don’t greet you or anything, but make sure to tell you goodbye when you leave (oh, so you DID see me?) ?. Not very helpful. I ask them if I can see the shirt that’s on the manikin associate replied it’s over there (continue acting like she’s too busy to help). This is why I do online.

I don't know why this store got such high reviews. I went today to pickup an online order and was ignored by both the manager and sales girl. No greeting at all. I would of purchased many more items there if I would of felt welcomed. I was shopping the store for over 40mins not once was I approached if I needed help or to start a dressing room for the items I was holding. I decided to put the items back and just pickup my order and leave. As I was shopping other ladies came in the store was given the same silent treatment. One customer thew open the doors on the way out as if she was upset. I don't think I will be returning to that store again.
