Horrible customer service. I called and the guy who answered the phone wasn’t even Professional, and when I asked if they’re open he just hung up on me.

Annie was very helpful in helping me understand the Chinese L Visa process.

airfare pricing differs from MP location vs HH location & im not sure why but 1 location only accepts cash or checks, no credit cards + they r pretty disorganized...

This is our go-to spot for visas - they charge $25 for regular service on top of the visa fees, which is worth it if it means saving us two mornings of driving all the way downtown, parking, and waiting in line. Annie is super efficient and great to work with!

They seemed busy, no patience to talk to you on the phone, maybe they have enough business and can't handle or didn't want to accept new customers. And they don't have visa service.

It is in the same plaza as El Curtido Restaurant (Stimson/Gale Ave) but it's on the other side of the parking lot. Small office with travel services. Annie is a great multitasker. She seemed to handle all the phone calls and help me with ease. Got my visa (to visit another country) taken care of here (FYI: takes 4 business days). Yes, I could have driven to Downtown LA to do it myself (fight traffic, pay for parking, etc). But I'd rather drive to my neighborhood travel agency around the corner (In my case, I had to visit more than once since there was more required). There are deals for tours, etc. p.s. I guess she speaks English because all the paperwork is in English, but I only spoke to her in Chinese.
