Don't go to this shop not honest just want your money. Rip off.I brought my 2015 Versa he said nothing wrong with the car but he charge me for doing nothing after 3 months check engine come out again.

They wasted my whole day. Owner refused to listen to what the problem is or what I want to get fixed. They just insisted on doing a diagnostic on figuring out the problem. They told me to leave my car, write down my name and number, and that they'll be calling me later. That happened at around 9am. 11:30 am, No calls back. 1:30 pm, no calls back. So I called. No one is answering. 3:30 pm same thing. No call and they're not answering their phone. 4:30 pm, I go there. I asked if my car was fixed? Employees don't know who I am nor where's my car is. Owner apparently left home early. Never told his employees about my car. So from 9am to 4:30 pm, they just ignored this stranger car at their garage with the window open. A COMPLETE waste of my day.

Best place in the area! Highly recommend Mr. Kim. My family goes to him for anything. Honest man with honest prices. Always transparent about your car issues. He's worked on multiple cars for my dad and we are always satisfied with the work ! Thank you !

I went to get oil change. After oil change THE OIL STARTED TO LEAK INSIDE. Also, it started to make squeeking noise. I called and asked why my car is making weird noises and the oil is leaking inside. He said "so what do you want me to do". I told him i have a picture and video of my car before going to the repair shop and he didn't believe me. The worst customer service, also with bad technician. Dont go to this place. The worst attitude I have experienced. Never coming back

Kim. I really appreciate all the work you have done for me and people I know. Kim's master Auto is my only recommend shop in town. Whether it's for smog or general repair. He took his time and properly diagnosed a major computer failure issue in my truck. I've sent several friends his way and every one was happy with results. Rudy is another amazing individual there and I'm thankful for having them as my contact. They can get busy at times. And may ask for you to come back. But that is every place. Just be patient with your repair, don't bug them daily. And I guarantee you will be 100% satisfied. They use factory replacement parts. And they won't ever try to rip you off or tell you BS for additional $. Kim, you have a lifetime customer here and I'll send you all my friends in need. Thanks for everything you do. Don't waste your time here...I gave him a real shot...3 different occasions I had him do work...3 strikes...put a large scratch on front fender...I'm assuming from leaning into motor...took them 3 tries to get real main seal right...when howling nosie was happening he told me just drive slower and u won't hear it...just did the oil cooler manifold and how there is a loud ticking sound???
