Been a Kaiser member for 15 years and now I can't get an appointment or spend 4+ hours in the urgent care. Very disappointed in what the service has people. The Nurses and Doctors are awesome if you can ever get in to see them.

This location can just cancel your appointment an hour or 2 before it was scheduled and just tell you that "it happens" as a legit reason. So if you're fine with that, be aware if you make an appointment here MONTHS in advance. I advice everyone to schedule their appointment at a different location.

I had a practice family Doctor. Poor excuse for a physician. I had to wait 1 month for him to approve my blood pressure meds I had paid for online. I called his office daily for a status. I was told by a staff he has been to busy to check the list(no joke). I asked when will he be available. I was then placed on hold and never got an answer(meaning they didn't return). At this point I was desperate to get my meds. A friend suggested that I go to Downey Kaiser for emergency meds. I received meds within a few minutes. Now I see why they're called practice doctor's.

If you are not a member or if you have Med-ical Kaiser treats patients like garbage very unhappy with the way kaiser has been treating my mom who tested Positve for Covid19 who Has Cancer who has a UTI and bladder infection...they only care about Covid all her other medical conditions are meaningless to them THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! that's why people are dying because there only trying to treat Covid!! Which there is no treatment for and all the other conditions are going UNDIAGNOSED UNTREATED and IGNORED

**KAISER LOCATIONS HAVE THEIR OWN WEBSITES*** excellent response time from Kaiser but good luck being able to see the difference between them without some detective work Thank you for making it right. Kaiser is a bit tricky to manage but they really try to help. Made my yearly check up appointment and they're not available until two months from now. Stay healthy y'all

My mom woken up not feeling well and I made an appointment with her primary care physician. The staff at check in were very pleasant, friendly and personable. Upon seeing my mom the physician quick responding to her care with urgency and requested an ambulance. She was transported to the nearby hospital for admission. So often you hear about patients not being taken seriously and Dr Yáñez responded with compassion and urgency. Which is greatly appreciated

The pharmacy had the worst customer service ever. Constantly cutting me off, each representative was rude and short, and they would transfer me without even letting me know! Very upset with their service. I expected more, at least common courtesy & respect. Absolutely horrible. I recommend being just as rude back to them. F*** them. (pharmacy department)
