I went today and it’s was only 3:00pm and she said we are done for the day. The hours say they close at 7! I was like what? why? she didn’t even explain anything. she didn’t even ask me if I wanted to make an appointment she didn’t care for the customer so disappointing!There were only 2 employees smh!

I love this place, they do a great job. I'm guy and they don't make me feel awkward getting a pedicure, they do a great massage as well.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to get a pedicure. Only one customer in the chair, the last attending her didn't bother looking my way into the customer alerted her. The technician asked what I needed. I said a pedicure, she says 'No, not today". No other reason given. Walked out and never returned. I have been there prior to the pandemic, never experienced anything like that.

amazing staff and service! i love coming here for gel manis and pedis. they are very through with their work. i always get gel manis with different designs every time and i love them. the picture i included is from my mani about a month ago! still looking nice and my nails are strong! there's no breakage at all! especially when i'm always doing the dishes or cleaning!

No, their tools arent sanatized nor do the foot baths have liner, bulky and crooked nails.. she couldn't even do a simple french tip or design. By the way ivory nail spa= central nails spa
