I ordered a solar unit from the store through qvc. It was not shipped until nearly a month later after and even at that point. They didn't ship it properly so it got returned to sender and they had to reship it. Once I received the item it is defective and overheats after only an hour to or two of use on a low wattage. Ever since I have not been able to get a hold of this company my calls go to voicemail.

HP is garbage. Zero support , NO customer service, No one there. no one to answer support, and they put you in a phone loop that ends up with dead line.might as well just give them money for faulty products junk and defective products.??this company went down-hill to be below no name Chinese manufacturer .????????

Put you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up on you. Absolutely useless company. Hope you go out of business because of lack of professionalism and lousy work ethics.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm having an issue with my printer and all I get is an automated virtual assistant who couldn't help me at all. No number I try works so I can't talk to an actual human. Have a completely useless printer that's basically brand new that doesn't work. Will never buy any hp products again and suggest anyone reading save themselves the trouble and buy a different brand that actually cares about their customers.

I sent in a broken headphone on 7/19/2019 it was in warranty and they said it take around 2 to 3 months to get my replacement. It's now 1/28/2020. I have left over 8 messages I had and emails and only one had person called me back in the beginning and left a message since then nothing from them and now their voicemail is full. This company is awful and I am reporting them to the better business bureau on 2/6/2020 if I do not hear back from them.
