This place is huge and it’s as organized as it can be! I could spend all day there. They have just about everything! They have great customer service and are very kind. You can find some really good hidden gems.

This particular Home Goods refuses for items to be returned without a receipt even when item/s purchased with a debit/cc. One particular employee loudly shouted to another employee to explain the return policy in Spanish even though I was speaking in English to her the ENTIRE TIME. I kept composure and said “Shame on you! English is my first and primary language. Your the one who needs translation on how foolish SHE was in front of myself and the rest of the customers waiting in line.

I bought stuff for the house and to my surprise they were in perfect condition and reasonable prices here it's cheaper than other retail stores I will be a shopper forever.

Homegoods as a whole has a lot of good stuff. The selection is modern, and the sale items are unique and fun. They also have an excellent clothes section, although I don't use it often. The issue with this location is the lack of workers in the checkout. The line has been long every time I have been here.

Had a bad experience. I wasn't able to return a shower rod that didn't work. After I installed it I threw away the receipt and wrapper thinking that it would work, but the item was so flimsy that it kept on falling. I was told since I didn't have the receipt oT the original packaging price tag I couldn't return it.I told them I had my credit card transaction by it was not accepted. I left it there and walked away because I could not use it. Money wasted. Thanks a lot for selling merchandise that is not doesn't work and making me waste my money.
