Upon calling for information on the Homecoming at the Preserve I was transferred to Phillip A. OMG!!!! He was awesome. He made the experience seemless and personally catered to what I was looking for. In and Out flat with approval and move in all within the timeframe of 2 1/2 hours. He's very professional and nice. Such a sweetheart and a joy. Glad he made this possible for me. Go see PHILLIP A. Couldn't be happier.

Pablo has been extremely helpful since the first day of our move in. Always has a smile on his face and will try everything in his power to resolve or fix any issues. BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! If his supervisor is reading this, they should really consider increasing his pay or giving him a promotion to make sure he stays on the team. He is a huge part of having a great experience at the Homecoming Preserve community! Gracias Pablo! :)

We recently just moved to the new phase at the homecoming at the preserve and have been loving it! Sam the leasing agent and has been nothing but great with us! She made the lease transfer so easy and convenient for us to move. We also had some problems with our internet at the new building and we reached out to Vanessa the manager and she has gone above and beyond for us to help us! Thank you so much for all your help and being a great team!

I've been living here for about 2 weeks now, and I love it. From the beginning, Sam has been nothing but amazing. She is so sweet and patient. While touring where we wanted to live, she was very knowledgeable about the property, told us what was nearby, and didn't get annoyed with the millions of questions we had asked her. After moving in, we had Anthony with maintenance show us the inside and make sure everything was perfect (which it was).Overall, im so happy with our new home, and i love that they have made us feel comfortable with asking any questions we have. They are so nice when answering the phone. The customer service is top tier. If you're thinking about living here, definitely pull the trigger. You are going to love it. Thank you again to Sam.

HUGE shout out to Austin, who cleaned our entryway, got rid of all the leaves and spider webs, and even sprayed lavender to top it all off. My husband saw him just doing his job with the leaf blower in our area, and asked him to come by our entry way if he could, and he completely overdelivered. Thank you Austin!!We have been living here since June and we are enjoying it very much!

For the past 2 days we have had Pablo from maintenance come to our home and he has been fantastic!! Helped us get a new fan installed and also fixing our door and some things with the floor. He is timely, helpful and friendly.

Today I move into the homecoming at the preserve. I have never experienced this level of helpfulness, kindness and communication. Vanessa and Dominique not only were extremely professional but made me feel like I was making the right decision to call this place home. From the very first interaction during our tour till the day we move in I’ve had a truly five star experience. They’ve made this place a wonderful place to call home for my family and I. Thank you so much for the level of care and attention to detail we received.

Our process of moving to the Homecoming started about 6 months ago. Vanessa Sherrod has been a blessing with us along the way. She would check in on us through the passing months, and anytime we had any new requests or questions she was quick to respond. She has been, and I’m sure will continue to be attentive now that our move in day has finally come! We are excited to be part of the community!!!!

My family has lived here for the past 5 years. I wanted to give a thank you for great service from Alfredo & Eric from our amazing maintenance crew. We had a plumbing issue with our bathtub & a couple other minor things. They came out and got everything back up and running.Special shout out to Alfredo, we met him during our 1st transfer from our 3 bedroom unit to our 4 bedroom. I had a lot of questions and he happily answered all of them and also gave us some tips on what we should clean to avoid extra charges. Ever since then he’s continued to offer great service! Thank you for taking such good care of our home, my family appreciates it very much!

The maintenance team is amazing, when I reported my maintenance issue with my refrigerator Eric came and helped so quickly even though it was the end of the day. I was promised they would return first thing the next morning with the solution, And they did, Cody and Alfredo came in and fixed the issue so quickly. Big Thanks to Cody, Eric and Alfredo

We have lived here since 2018. The property & the units are very nice and it has great amenities. Thank you to Eboni for always putting on fantastic events for us. The recent National Night out was awesome! This was the 1st year we could attend and we will make a point to go to them from now on! Thank you for all you do!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this property is! From the amenities down to how the place is ran, it’s an amazing place. I came here to recognize Julie Castellanos! She’s is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met here. She was always available to show me every unit I was interested in and always provided me with all the information I needed. I plan on calling this my home in the future and that’s thanks to Julie’s amazing customer service. Because of her, I will be moving here in the future. Julie needs to be promoted to the highest position possible, and recognized for her amazing customer service. She went above and beyond for me and I’m so grateful for that ! Homecoming maintenance Julio C and Julio L came through with an emergency garage door situation today. They were so kind and understanding. They were able to get everything fixed ASAP! We so appreciate all you did for us today!Also the front office staff are very sweet, helpful and understanding . Amazing experience! Vanessa S. was very professional and ensured my move-in went very smoothly. Communication and follow-up with me as a future resident was above satisfactory.
