This review is long overdue. Jeff is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and charismatic trainer. If you’re looking to kickstart your fitness journey in 2024 or perfect your routine, I highly recommend Jeff as a personal trainer. I have lost around 24 pounds, feel and look better, and have never been more focused on my health.I began working with Jeff on my fitness journey in October 2022. I did one-on-one training for the first 12 months and then transitioned to his group classes.Highlights:Workouts: Jeff incorporates warm-ups, speed and power exercises, cardio, and lifting. No session is the same, and you have the opportunity to learn new exercises or achieve a new PR on a deadlift.Personalization: Jeff personalizes your workout plan to meet your nutrition, fitness, and weight loss goals. As someone with health limitations, this was crucial for me. Due to my health and COVID, I stopped working out consistently and had gained nearly 30 pounds. Jeff’s knowledge of rehab and his emphasis on proper form and technique helped me establish a routine and learn barbell lifts I never thought I could do.Game Planning: It seems simple, but Jeff goes over your goals and progress at the start of every month. This is a helpful reset when you find yourself off track with your routine. It is also an opportunity to reflect and set new goals for the month.Schedule: For my one-on-one sessions, Jeff accommodated my work schedule and understood when I needed to cancel or reschedule a session. Now that he has a mobile app, scheduling his group sessions, which are in the morning and evening, is super easy.Mobile App: This has been a great tool! It has tons of workout videos, recipes that Jeff has tried himself, and the group class scheduler, which has worked out great for me.Community: Engaging in group sessions is a wonderful way to connect with others. It's been great to meet new people and see their progress.

I’ve been working with Jeff for over 2 years . Jeff provides a person centered approach to personal training. He always works with me to adapt my training , diet and routine to fit my needs as they change. He has helped make gains in strength, flexibility and overall fitness. Most important to me he has helped me avoid injuries. No more cronic back or knee pain . Jeff is really good at teaching and makes it fun to work out.. I Always look forward to my workout days.

I first met Jeff when I was on Dialysis (7 years in at the time) in 2020. He would come to my home and help me with my strength. Unfortunately, my body could not keep up. I received a kidney transplant on 7/2021, and in 10/2022 I was given the okay to start my workout adventure. Jeff followed every guidelines given to me by my doctors that a year later, 10/2023, he got me in the best fitness shape in over 10 years and I'm still improving.

When you're in the gym with him 1 on 1 or in group classes, he pushes you just to the point of discomfort you need, and not beyond. When you're away, if you think he's forgotten you, your phone will popup with a check-in text, and a training session specifically designed for you. I first met Jeff after reading the positive reviews online and decided to try training with him. I'm glad I did. It's been almost 5 months now and I continue to enjoy our training sessions. Jeff is really positive and encouraging, and also accommodating. He listens and adapts his coaching to what you need. I came in as a beginner and immediately felt comfortable with Jeff. What I like most is that Jeff is passionate about fitness and is really knowledgeable in his field. This was important to me because I wanted to learn proper body mechanics and develop confidence and strong fundamentals when working out. With Jeff, I definitely feel that I'm in good hands. He is also great at following up before and after workouts, so it keeps me motivated and engaged. Overall, I definitely recommend him!

Jeff is a training dream come true! He is so knowledgeable about the human body and knows what is necessary to reach your goals. I initially worked with him in a sports-specific capacity and he was able to tailor my workouts so I could transfer what we did in the gym to moving well in my sport. This Spring I came to him wanting to increase fat loss for my July wedding. He built an amazing plan for me that quickly (and safely) got me to where I needed to be by my wedding date! It was a transformation that made me feel so confident walking down the aisle. He pushed me when I needed it and always helped me recognize the bigger picture when I wanted to let off the gas. I cannot thank you enough Jeff for your help and truly feel like you are the best trainer in the IE!

Thank you Jeff!!!! Your encouragement and knowledge have helped me reach milestones I've been striving for! I was getting very frustrated and discouraged doing the same thing over and over, never being able to make my fitness and health goals stick. Now, I've lost weight and my doctor is taking me off most of my blood pressure meds. Looking forward to my achieving my next milestone!

I'm an overweight guy and I was very nervous about going to the gym because I never felt like I knew what I was doing. I decided to find a personal trainer in the area and came across Jeff. From Day 1 Jeff was extremely supportive of me and my fitness/weight-loss goals. He would encourage me to push my fitness goals to limits I definitely would not have reached on my own, and he even checked in on me, both as a person and a trainee, throughout the week. Not only was he encouraging, he was very understanding with my hectic schedule and whenever I needed to reschedule he would find time to work with me, no questions asked. I am very grateful for the time I was able to work with him, and only had to stop working with him because I had to move out of the state. You would be hard pressed to find a personal trainer as supportive as Jeff!

Jeff has been an amazing trainer since day 1 and continue to get a great amount of support during and after our training sessions. He's easy to approach with questions and is very knowledgeable; whether those questions are about the workout or the nutrition plan, he will provide you with helpful information. He provides workout and nutritional plans based on what you want, that could be weight loss, strength and agility training, etc. and even provides workouts for specific sports. I highly recommend Jeff!

Best in the business. Jeff is extremely detail oriented and truly cares for his clients. No matter how many times you break your diet he will stick with you, adjust your plan and keep faith! All jokes aside, he really works with you through any situation and has a long term approach but with meticulous attention to detail in the short term with the nutrition and workout planning. Most importantly, he understands the lifestyle aspect of everything and doesn’t neglect the fact that people have lives and that progress doesn’t come over night.

I would recommend Jeff to any one that wants to improve their health and fitness. I was always very skeptical about using a personal trainer. Never thought it was necessary to pay someone for one on one training. I used to go to a bootcamp style gym. I enjoyed it and made some gains. But I also had a significant amount of pain and soreness. I thought this was normal. But it was hard to maintain consistent progress. After I started working with Jeff the pain in my back, knees and shoulders all went away. Jeff took the time to teach me the correct form and movement for every exercise. He pushes you but emphasizes correct technique and form. He helps you set weight loss, body composition and performance goals. He reviews your diet with you. All of this is done on a daily basis and is individualized. Jeff really takes to time to talk to each of his clients before and after sessions. He makes you feels comfortable with your current level of fitness. I never feel self conscious about any areas of weakness I may have. Jeff really helps you focus on making progress no matter what your starting point. After working with Jeff for three months I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years.
