I called looking for steps for a very high bed. The man answered gruffly hello who is this calling. He spoke very little English. He did not understand what I was looking for. I almost hung up at that point, but explained once more what I wanted he finally sort of laughs and says "no steps" I hung up. Waste of time!

Everything about the bed frame and experience was beautiful! Miranda helped me with all my silly questions. The frame itself is easy to put together. It also feels really solid as well despite being able to be assembled quick.

Very friendly people. I had an issue with a bed I purchased over 3 years ago and they happily helped me, providing replacement parts well after the warranty expired. Good people with beautiful furniture.

I love the bed and the ottoman that purchased from them so much, great material, very easy to clean. and it totally match my room. What can this lovely bed go wrong? The ottoman is also very sturdy.

Just as their company name "Greatime", it is a great place to go. I was looking for a storage ottoman to be used as a chair in the kitchen and a bed. I have checked a few local stores and online, but decide to buy everything from Greatime. Because their products' quality are good, and have a reasonable price compare to all others. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

My favorite place to buy furniture, I look at other places around La Puente and I was not lucky. As soon as I walk in the owner approached me with a huge warm smile The owner worked patiently with me, as I was debated in color and size. I love my bed my mattress is really comfortable .The owner had all the material available so it wasn't a problem for me. The material is high quality. I had a great experience.
