Goodwill is always a great place to find bargains and support the community. Having a 60 day exchange policy makes it easier to make purchases because you can always bring it back and get something else. Good selection and customer service

With no dressing rooms available they should allow people to return items for their OWN money back. I was told when shopping that I have 60 days to return my items if they don't fit. Came back today to return a few of the items and was told something different. I feel like the manager could have helped me out with the 2 items I brought back. Manger had to be assertive but nice so maybe this is a 'goodwill' problem but I won't be shopping here again because of it.

The people here are amazing, the manager makes you want to come back constantly , she makes the store and the customers feel very welcoming... I would just like to say Thank you.

Called to see if we could drop off a bunch of kids close at 12:35, they said yes bring them right now. My wife stopped what she was doing to take them and she arrived at 12:45 just to be told "sorry we can't take them, we closed at 12". Not sure the point of telling us to come drop off the clothes but 100% we will never support this goodwill.

I Used to work Here in 2021 I worked here for 2 months but I Quit the Coworkers/Manger have a huge ego n made me feel very self conscious about my work glad I quit goodwill more like crapshack??

I love shopping at goodwills' but at this location never again the service of employees and management makes a shopping experience not worth going back. I was there on Sunday night I had seen a remote control car that my daughter liked and it was listed 29.99, and I reviewed the car it's broken so I kindly ask the girl if there was a price change due to it being broken she rudely replied with I am not a manager and I don't have that say so. So I asked her if there was someone that I can ask she goes and gets the Chinese guy I told him the problem and his response was very rude said it's sold as is, if i want or not I can leave it there that they don't do markdowns for no reason and that's a lie cause in my past. I have gotten things missing a charger or something small broken issues with a markdown. I kindly told my family let's go and I overheard him saying something to his coworker but I am not going to step at his level. Being a manager of the store you shouldn't present yourself like that. I really hope someone educates him.

The management at the Chino location is awesome. They totally blessed me and my husband today. The other staff members were also awesome. I give them 5 stars.

The employee told me on the phone that the donation center closes at 4pm. I think the Chino Hills one closes later. It is difficult to make it there to donate items.
