We had a TV mounted, and the Geek Squad team was awesome. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. Yaoni and Tim were our technicians. What a team!!!!

Not sure why they even had me come in. They couldn't fix my issue, they didn't have replacement parts, and they couldn't call any other stores to check if they had replacements. Overall waste of time.

Jacob and his team are always going above and beyond. Get the coverages and warranties on everything to make your life easier. But when you decide againsts it (at your own risk) they will still do all they can.
