Absolutely fantastic 5 star service over the phone, and in store by victoria and david. They are so extremely helpful, and graciously kind. I’ll gladly make the trip from my home 10 miles away to see them again. Thanks again!

Called several times (no answer) before showing up in person. To ask a question ⁉️ when doing so 2 employees were behind the register talking. Made me ask myself now why couldn't they answer the phone? Why have a phone if you're not gonna answer it? Waist on time and gas.

Unwilling to answer the phone, drove to the store which was 25 minutes away the store was empty I called again when I was in the parking lot then they decided to answer the phone, I asked if the store was busy he claimed the customers all just walked out this was the store manager named (Christian) I had called other gamestops to ask if they had a certain controller I was looking for they directed me to his store and his attitude while on the phone was disrespectful and I asked if he had a tye dye Xbox controller and he said he doesn't know about Xbox I didn't know the name of the controller because it wasn't for me so I had to look it up. He then told me he didn't have it at all but I explained to him that 2 other stores confirmed for me that he had it in stock because his store wasn't answering the phone also when I said the exact same thing to a different store they knew exactly what controller I was talking about. Horrible service I wouldn't recommend going here

The clerks have been nice unlike other places, everyone is friendly and doesn’t hover over you or pressure to buy funko junk. I go here for games
