Owner was very friendly right off the bat, made quick estimates and was a pleasure to talk to. Had my ps5 repaired within a 1-2 week process. Store itself makes gamestop look very weak ?. Will be coming again

I tried to sell a console over the phone , we agreed at a price , 30 miles later he changed his mind on the price and it was 50% less on what we agreed … no deal but for next guy be careful!

I went in to see if they could check out an N64 I had found in my garage. From the start I had excellent help, very friendly and thorough. Ended up showing me how to clean the games properly, and was super friendly to my kids. Also had a great selection of games. Overall great experience!

Left my PS5 in their hands and it was the best decision. Thank you GAME-ER for fixing my PS5. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Also the staff were very chill and helpful.

Last week I bought a Wii from this place. It works great! The console itself is clean, it reads games pretty well, and the disc drive is pretty healthy! I would love to come here again!

This place is small but packed wall to wall with great games and little collectibles. Jimmy the owner and I talked for quite some time about gaming, small shops in the area, as well as the PSP console which is what brought me to the shop to begin with. Jimmy is as wonderful as his shop which I hope to visit again soon especially to learn about the repair side of the shop since I have a console that needs some looking into

This place was a good spot at one point. But now you're better off going to gamestop. The owner actually told me to go to another place and buy. I've never even experienced that before. So I guess even the owner doesn't recommend buying from is own place. Now that should tell you something

This is a horrible business!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I didn't get the name of the individual who helped me, but he was an older asian person. He was completely rude. I asked him a few questions if he buys a product I brought in, he was very dismissive and didn't want to hear what I had to say. I asked him for some suggestions of possibly maybe someone he may have known to buy the product I had on hand But again, he was very rude. again I do not recommend coming into this place. If they have this kind of customer service, take your business elsewhere, possibly to level up in Chino.

While small, the prices on what they have are good. The owner is very friendly and helpful and I found some games I was looking for and ended up buying. If I'm ever in Chino again, I will definitely be back.

I specifically called this place one day before and asked them how much would it be to shell swap my Nintendo switch they said $30 nothing else about a deposit nothing about the starting fee nothing about a complete fee. I drove all the way over here from el monte which is at least $20 in gas round-trip, and not close to my house at all. Soon as I get here he tells me it’s $89 completely and that $30 is just the starting fee nowhere in the conversation on the phone Did you say anything about a starting fee nothing about $80 $90 nothing his direct answer when I asked him the question was $30, they offered no type of compensation or no type of discount for this huge inconvenience. Dont Even bother coming here or even believing anything they say on the phone now I’m down $20 in gas and wasted my Saturday morning and even worse my switch is still not swapped. Stop trying to bait people into your store. Maybe if you were honest seller people would come here as repeat customers instead of walking in on a lie, and never coming in again.

guy will tell u everything u want to hear first bringing in your console then when something is still wrong w it and u bring it back in he will want u to pay all over again, shi is literally a scam, told me specifically that something he would do would fix a problem I had with my ps5 this guy tells me I have to pay another 40 jus for him to see what's wrong w it na I'm good, don't believe everything this guy tells u
