SUCKED! Worst experience EVER! I ordered through flowers.com and the trash they sent was HORRIBLE. I ordered a get well basket and all the products provided were from the dollar store. It was a get well basket and the balloon they sent said good luck. Like WTF!! When I called to complain no one answered

Because we had a crazy schedule this week, flowers by Lorena were able to fill our order under 12 hours. Amazing service, took time with me to explain options and you know this can be overwhelming even on a normal day. So many colors and flowers. Thanks Flowers by Lorena.

I needed help in getting a sympathy bouquet together and Flowers by Lorena came through with a beautiful arrangement! I ordered in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon. I had made a request for them to text me a photo of the bouquet before it went out. They did and let me know when it was going to be delivered. Really appreciated the personal attention. Would definitely recommend and return as a customer!

I've been going to Lorenas flowers since this past year and let me tell you I've had a great experience all the time. Lorena never disappoints. Her creations are beautiful and the quality of her flowers are fresh. Today I got my 4th bouquet of flowers designed by Lorena and they are more than wonderful.Thanks for my husband for getting me my Birthday Bouquet at my new favorite flower shop! ?

Very rude!!! I ordered an arrangement and it was different from the book. They tried to stick me with wilting flowers and got upset when I told them to change them out. I had to wait another half hr for the florist to finish what she was working on before attending to mine. Will never go back or recommend!

Due to a hectic schedule, it dawned on me that I had not ordered flowers for the Memorial service for my friend on Oct 5th. At 4pm, the day before the service, I called two florists. Understandably, most florists close at 5pm, so I had to hustle! The first shop said they prefer two days notice. When I called Lorena's shop, the lady said she was taking an order and would call me back. I was not sure she would make that call and it was my own fault. 10 minutes later, they did call, took their time to help me select an appropriate bouquet in the $125 to $150 price range. They were patient and kind to describe wreaths, bouquets and plants, colors and sizes available. They were prompt in delivering a beautiful keepsake basket on time to the church at 10AM. Never again will I wait til the last minute for such an important occasion. Fortunately for me, they were willing to come in early to make sure my custom order was ready.

I like to go and buy a bouquets of flowers, and today I wanted to get some for my mom since I was close to her work. I thought $25 bouquet would be nice, but unfortunately I came here. For starters walking in the lady working in the front is very rude, not welcoming, and just an overall I'm bugging her attitude. The flowers I received we're cheap flowers some of them you can tell we're going to be dying within the next day. Presentation of the flowers was not special at all. Mental note never coming here again.

I've ordered flowers with this business before and was very pleased with the outcome but on my most recent order I was sent a cancellation email with no explanation as to why. I've called the business several times to inquire what went wrong and to no surprise no answer. Weird! They could've at least included in the email why my order was cancelled. I dislike when companies act as if they don't need people's business.
