The worst place to do your taxes, they left me with a debt with the IRS, they did not fill out my form correctly, it took 1 year to fix the problem they caused, the owner never approached me to ask if I needed help, I just had to fix it the problems they caused, terrible service.

Never go to this place! Two years ago my taxes weren’t done and I pay for their services. I had to redo them again after not receiving any notice from the IRS. And, I had to pay for a commitment to the IRS just because this place doesn’t know how to do their job! I highly recomendó you to NEVER DO TAXES IN THIS PLACE!

Customer service is the worst! I definitely Do Not recommend this place. Loraine filled my taxes for me back in March and there was Issue I've been trying to get her to clear up for me. I've been calling her for the past 6 to 7 months and she's almost never available . I have talked to her on the phone 3 times And that's because I'm very demanding with the clerks to put my call thru. The last time I talked to her (about a month ago) I showed up at her office without an appointment and she said she would call me back to give me An update. I'm still waiting for a call back.
