Was told by the previous manager when my membership expires, I would need to notify them 30 DAYS before it expires to prevent extra charge. Tried notifying the gym via email and in-person that I will not be renewing my membership. The current manager then told me I cannot give them advance notice and that I will need to come in to cancel the day my membership ends or else I would be charge the $99 cancellation fee if I cancel before my membership ends. Fast forward to my last day of my membership, I go in to cancel and the worker then told me I was supposed to notify them a 30 days prior to prevent being charged an extra month which caught me off guard since I was told by the manager the complete opposite. Funny how the current manager was shading the previous manager for not understanding contracts, yet it seems he doesn't understand them either.... Anyways, don't come here, management loves to do shady and scammy tactics to get more money out of you.

It got worse. Machines still down for months. Spray bottle holders missing, which means bottles are hung in trash cans or stockpiled at the front desk. Witnessed 4 people in 5 minutes not wipe machines because the supplies are not stocked.At this point ownership is completely incapable of running this gym.Negative 5 stars.

The sweaty short guy that jumps on and off the treadmill going max speed, yeah that's why half the treadmills are broken and/or scheduled for repair. You can literally smell the belt motor getting burned out. Dude, go buy a treadmill for your home or office. Or maybe a hamster wheel for the backyard. I can't with this guy!

I lost my card on file so I had to reset all my accounts with the new card, as I’m looking at everything set up on auto pay I see this Gym raised my bill randomly a couple months prior. I called to figure out what happened and was ignored , i spoke with someone and they said the manager would get back to me they never did and I wasn’t going to put my card on file and pay since they were over charging me & until we cleared up the extra money they had been taking from me. So I never put my new card on file I tried contacting them for almost a month, no response. I just got a bill in the mail for almost 200 dollars. Don’t trust this place.

Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions and staff was very polite. Had a great experience, all equipment was well taken care of and clean.

Best gym around by far! The gyms never too packed and the equipment is top tier. Clayton's always super friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff is awesome too! 10/10 would recommend

I really gave the place a chance for a year and it just got worse and worse. The male who opens up is always on his phone sitting down and when asked for him to refill some of the spray bottles he was definitely bothered. Also none of the paper towel dispensers work. They leave paper towels sitting on the trash cans and spray bottles hanging from the trash cans. Very unsanitary. I thought it was a temporary thing until they get fixed but it's been over 6 months and they're the same. Also the bathrooms don't have proper soap dispensers. They bought soap from TJ Maxx (although I love TK Maxx) and just placed them on the sinks. Just appalls me knowing they charge 18$ each month for X amount of members, yet they can't make simple fixes on the 5 measly paper towel dispensers and the 2 soap dispensers that are in the bathrooms. Don't recommend this place at all.

I went in & canceled signed documents and till this day a year and few months later I see I am still being charged. Because the new manager is new and has nothing that shows I canceled from the last managers mistake- he won't refund THEIR mistake. Not even from this last month! Pathetic! They must really be hurting for money if they can't refund me anything! Even though I'm getting emails to COME BACK- But I'm not canceled! DON'T TRUST THEM!

Man, you really should update your equipment, I've been working here for 6 years and still have the same equipment, some benches are unstable and can get people hurt, you should pay extra attention! What is your equipment? Equipment is the key to growth! The people here are very welcoming, all the more reason for you to provide a better platform! It's time to inject new equipment technology! That's how more people will enjoy Gym 19!

This gym is by far the worst I've been too. They have a lot of machines which is good but they get very busy and you have to wait sometimes. The vibes are off and the place is quite small for the price you pay, and they don't even have proper locker rooms or showers. I've spoken to many of the employees and they can assure you that the owner does not give a crap about the location. The machines take forever to get fixed. The bathroom is always out of toilet paper or soap and the sinks are always dirty. I moved to another gym that offers more for the same price and I'm glad I switched. It was great at first for me as a beginner but now it's just not maintained or ran correctly.

Door handle for the changing room broken for weeks now. Must be to hard to go to home depot down the street. I don't think they ever dust the changing room either. When machines break they are down for weeks.
