The staff / directir is lazy. Doesn’t care about the health and well being of their students. They would rather give their kids cheap bottled water from plastics feed them micro plastics than have quality reverse osmosis water filters because the lady said “if we have filters we get checked on more”. Like she would rather not deal with being held to high standard providing healthy water. Instead just give the kids acidic micro plastic water. With so many great health conscious academy’s around I’d just take my kid somewhere else locally.

This is the worst school I have ever seen. In addition to the enthusiastic attitude of the front desk teacher, my daughter experienced two nightmare teachers! Studying there for two months was a nightmare! For example: When a child comes home wearing two diapers, I have seen a child in my class have a nosebleed, but the teacher turns a blind eye. After my reminder, she reluctantly wipes the child's nosebleed with a tissue wiped off the floor. I am really shocked. Me! Seeing that I was shocked, the teacher changed to a clean tissue to wipe the child's nosebleed. There are many other shocking things like this. I hope parents who want to go to that school will consider it carefully!

My daughter loves Fern academy, Ms. Stephanie and Mrs.O are great teachers and help my daughter develop tremendously. I would definitely recommend this school to others

This is the 2nd year my daughter go to Fern and she likes a lot. She has been growing her social skills tremendously in the past year. She has made many friends during recess time in school, Ms. Stephanie and Mrs.O are great teachers to help her school work. The school uses brightwheel app, teachers always post activities and photos to the app so parents can check how their kids doing in school. I would recommend this school to my friends.

I have tried 2 different child care before I choose Fern academy, I have to say I really like here and my son loves to go school everyday, Ms Candy really loves kids and she has lots of patience, she's professional makes me feel safe. The diversity of courses are great and my son spent fun time with them! I would give a five star!

Fern is a great option if you are looking for a daycare/educational center for your child. I have toured other places and was disappointed when touring the facilities. It was always more child lead based learning, which, to me, sounds more like free play and not structured/educational. At Fern, faculty members are very welcoming and have so much patience for the children. I did read a review that another parent left stating that her child was a little too rambunctious and was no longer able to attend and wasn't given any notice at all. They do have policies in place and give warnings. I have a very outspoken child who has a lot of energy, to say that they love timid children isn't true, they love all the children. They do have full-time and part-time options for 2-3 days a week instead of 5 days a week. My son loves his school. He is excited to go and learn. They do have an app and post pictures of what your child is doing throughout the day, and you may also use it to communicate with the faculty as well. Overall, we are very pleased with Fern and everything they have taught our son. They want to make sure the children are prepared for when they go to Elementary School by providing a strong base. Also, we trust them with the safety of our child. If you are searching for childcare and a place for your child to learn, I believe that you will be satisfied with Fern. I know I am!

Fern academy is an amazing place to take your child. Not old do they provide amazing care but also take the time to teach very interesting lessons. Staff is also super friendly & helpful. Ms. Jasmin in Prek3 is always engaging with the children when I pick up my daughter at end of day!!

Fern Academy is an amazing school! So glad I enrolled my child here. The staff is amazing and very professional. Ms. Grace is far by my favorite teacher at the academy. She has helped my child in so many ways. Ms. Grace is great at understanding children and definitely has unique ways of teaching to help every student understand the curriculums. Thank you, Ms. Grace!!

So far my experience with my son has been amazing and a special thanks to his teacher, Ms. Grace, who has him in her spare time to catch him up when he’s been behind and always communicates to us parents. As a mom i really appreciate the kind and friendly staff and overall a very good school for little one.

We enrolled our child here a few months back in their Jr. Preschool program. The Good:The facility itself is very clean. Staff members sitting at the front are often very kind when they greet you and sensitive to the fact that children are often scared to leave their parents for the day. They offer morning and afternoon snacks to the children and hot lunch is available for an additional fee. Staff and administration communicate to family through the brightwheel app, which is really convenient and fun (teachers would send photos throughout the day). Teachers help to reinforce potty training and promote autonomy in the restroom. The Not so Good:This preschool program is quite expensive compared to others in the area. At the time our child attended the program, there was a lot of movement among the staff. It was not uncommon for our child to have a different preschool teacher every other week. The preschool teachers often seemed overwhelmed and unsupportive by administrators (based on conversations I overheard). Based on photos shared with us in the brightwheel app, it was obvious that our child was occasionally excluded from group activities, which appeared quite punitive for a child under 3 years old. The Fern Academy has only been around for a few years, and it's current location only about a year. Many of the teachers seem relatively young. It's primary demographic is Asian with around what appears to be at least 95% of enrolled students being Chinese.Our child is now in a different (more culturally diverse) preschool and is thriving. I'm not sure if it's just a new developmental milestone or that the current teachers are more experienced and kind to our little one.

My son started here last year, and he always goes to class with Mrs. Stephanie. She is a very Nice and patient teacher.Thank you for all the wonderful work you have done with my child. Additionally, all the staff here are always friendly and communicative with us. The facility is great and consistently clean.I wholeheartedly recommend Fern Academy Educational.

My daughter was enrolled for the TK class here last year & is now attending for Kinder. If we did not trust this school, she would not be going here for a second year. Ms. Kathia was WONDERFUL & made the best of every little change that was made at this school. She will forever be our favorite . Mrs. Gabby is SO sweet & really has a passion for teaching I get updates all throughout the day of what is going on in the classroom. My daughter would voice to me if she wasn't happy here, TRUST ME . Ms. Candy always does the cutest little things for the kids and is so nice. If I've ever had an issues, I've been able to communicate them to whoever & they get resolved. I also love that they have so many events where the parents & the rest of the family can be involved. Check them out!
