All businesses that offer free shipping via FedEx Smart Post should be required to inform customers that shipping time, within the USA, could exceed one month. The delay is not USPS, as they can only deliver once the package is received from FedEx.

THIS IS THE SLOWEST MAIL SYSTEM EVER!!it has taken a month and a half to get a package from NC to CALIFORNIA and still waiting on the package to get to Hawaii.

Package sent from Ft Lauderdale since April 6th 2023 to Hawaii have been sitting at this location since April 12th 2023 with a delivery date of May 10th 2023. What's happening for 4 weeks with this package at this location? Item is also perishable.

The worst service ever!! I receive packages from different countries faster!. They say 12-15 business days but obviously they can’t do math and tell me why it’s taking longer than 15 business days!. So frustrating!.

THE WORST. They can’t find my package. It’s been sitting in their facility, misplaced, for five days. They shift blame to everyone but themselves and now their phone bot hangs up without offering any sort of follow up as to the whereabouts of my shipment.

The worst nightmare of all Chino CA Fedex Smartpost i live in hawaii and i have waited 2 whole months to recieve my packages and not just 1 time. I would say this next package i am waiting for would be my 4/5th time it has taken 2 months to get! This facility needs to seriously step up there game and get there act together. I usually dont reviews but this place takes the cake.Inwould highly suggest anybody to avoid this place at all costs!

Worst service ever. Could not deliver a package that was shipped from NC 0n 6/30/22. Today is 7/30/22. Tracking said delivery was scheduled for 7/10/22. Still have not received it. No way to talk to a human. It could have been shipped directly from the post office in an inexpensive pay one price box and it would have been received in 3 days. How hard is it to get a package on a truck? Last seen on 7/16/22 (1.5 hours from my home). Said it departed the FedEx location. So where is it? Worst service ever. Don't use. What happened to FedEx? Used them exclusively. No more.

My package is at the smart post in Chino CA, which is only 100 miles from me. The estimated delivery date is Aug 4. Not sure why it needs to sit in Chino for 2 weeks. I’ll order the product on Amazon at this point and return the item when I get it Aug 4

FedEx services are trash. It's been 3 weeks and I still havent received my package. Customer service cannot even provide definite information on where my package is at. All they recommended me was to file a missing package from my shipper. I hope fedex does something to fix their system. This whole thing is frustrating.

I sent my package on April 1st and after 12 days they changed the delivery date 2 times. The worst thing that could have happened to me with respect to shipments. They are the worst! Still waiting ?

SmartPost shipping time to Hawaii is slower than China Post! I receive packages from other countries which have to clear customs before being sent to a sorting hub faster.
