Very limited on that services can be done. They charge for ridiculous stuff. Workers there are rude. Prices keep going up even after deminising quality. "We can't do that" "We don't have that anymore"

My package was supposed to have been delivered 2 days ago. I showed up at the location as it was supposed to be there even though it says it wasn't on the tracking number. The employees refused to take a MINUTE to check the back when I asked them to because they said the tracking number said it wasn't there. They told me to call Fedex and find the package myself.
The package was at the location the whole time. I had to go back and it was a struggle to get them to check the back again as the tracking number said it wasn't there. I had to tell them multiple times that everyone I talked to said it was there.
If they just checked the back like I asked when I was first there, they could have saved me from driving another 2 hour round trip.

My experience has always been positive. All of the associates are extremely friendly and positive. The ambiance is cleaning and we'll keeped. Great location.

Joey has the nicest customer service in the world.!!!!!!! rose is very nice and knows hiw to talk to customers. Never go to STAPLES again!!!! The manager Maria is lovely also!!!! I will be back to that place soon! THANK YOU FEDEX!!!!!!

Hello,I just wanted to take the time to express the customer service experience that I received at the Fed Ex Office Store in Chino, Ca off Central. When I enter I was created by Cameron with a smile and if there was anything I can help you with. I informed needed help with self service to have information goto the printandgo, which Cameron went to kiosk and showed and explained. Also I needed to use restroom and Cameron with a smile got the keys and open for me. This may not seem like a big deal but most FedEx I gone to just had you the key to do yourself. I appreciate the service because I have a back injury and Cameron going the extra mile helped & wasn't aware of my injury.Also ,I would like to put another spotlight on Diane , I was having issues with my papers that were being copied being jam. Now Diane was at the service desk & heard my paper jam and came right over to assist with out me asking for help. Diane stated I heard the paper jam & assist by turing the paper the opposite direction and work perfectly. Also after I purchased my book , both Cameron & Diane stated thank you for coming and have a great day. I wanted to highlight Cameron & Diane for their customer service skills & going the extra mile. I will continue to come to this FedEx because these two superstars. Thank you!

I came here for the first time to make some color copies. The girl told me here, I can help you. She never told me that I could make them myself. In the end, they made me the black and white copies and And they charged me an extra charge....terrible service in this place, I don't recommend it at all.

Placed some orders here and the business cards were very poor quality. Not good paper but even worse, the text we used was terribly and noticeably off-center. We centered the text in the original image used for the cards. Whoever printed and cut the cards wasn’t paying attention. Either they became off center during the computer process or from cutting. There was even some white on the side of the card that wasn’t supposed to be there indicating that the cards weren’t centered during cutting. Big bummer. Don’t recommend. They didnt even offer a discount during purchase.

The workers here are fantastic. The FedEx representative I interacted with to ship a large item off was very much a role model. He was very friendly and professional. He answered my questions and acted with diligence, all the while having a big smile on his face. I’m sad I didn’t catch his name, but bravo to you man.
