Pushed hair products that contradict my concerns.
Seemed more important for them to sell a product than listen to my concerns.
Trim was mediocre and didn't clean up edges.

I have been going to Mina for haircuts for the last 10 years. I usually go monthly and her attitude and service is excellent. She is very likeable and professional in the delivery of her trade. I highly recommend her.

Mina did my daughters cut. She gave attitude and left her with razor burn and a patchy undercut. The owner also implied my daughter was lying about this.
My daughter went in for an undercut buzz cut and was addressed with attitude and left with razor burn and raised bumps because of a rushing stylist (Mina). The cut was uneven, so she had to ask Mina if she could fix it multiple times, each time the stylist sighed and said "ok" with attitude. She was met with attitude for the rest of the time, where the hair stylist then began to rush to finish her undercut, which is still patchy and can be seen in the photos (Photos attached for an idea; much worse in person). Her sideburns are also uneven.
Upon calling, whoever answered the phone first kept trying to intercept the call each time I asked for a manager. I asked first the name of the stylist and was told "Mina. Why?" I then asked for a manager and was snappedly asked "is there a problem?" to which I answered "I would just like to speak to a manager please." She replies again in a short tone "did you have a question?" to which I responded "are you a manager?" and she says "no." so then I again asked to speak to a manager and was finally handed off. After hearing this, I was sure my daughter did not misunderstand or mistake the attitude in any part of her interaction there.
After explaining the situation to the owner/manager, Lee, she insisted my daughter return to have it fixed and stated "well I can't see it, and she tipped her 5 dollars, so I cannot tell actually how it is or if the attitude happened."
I responded that my daughter tips for time and felt obligated, so her giving that kindness to a stylist who was rude to her says nothing about her, but for her to imply that my daughter would not be telling the truth because of her tip is ridiculous.
An owner should recognize that a customer was still willing to pay for her terrible service AND gracious enough to tip because she felt obligated to for asking Mina to fix a mistake she (Mina) made.
Lee offered to fix my daughters hair, but her razor burn is so bad and sensitive that she does not want anyone to touch it. She gets her undercut done often (normally at a barber), and she has never had razor burn this way. Lee also offered her a free haircut next time, but she will not be going back.
Stylist: Mina did my daughters cut. She gave attitude and left her with razor burn and patchy.

We moved to this area recently and been looking for a good place with a fair price.Happy to find Fantastic Sam’s cuts.Jessica and Dessere (hope I got their spelling right) both were amazingly patient and sweet. They totally understood what exactly I wanted for my girls haircut. Thank u so much!

I called in for an appointment, Josh answered and told me to come in. He took great care of me, gave me the color I wanted & he made my hair look AMAZING after the haircut and blow out! My hair came out the bomb.com!!!! Thanks Josh for the beautiful color & haircut!

If you have curly hair, DO NOT come here. I took my daughter to cut a couple inches and the stylist cut it way too short. My poor baby was crying with how short it was.

Been coming here a long time. They do great work, no matter who cuts your hair. They also give you the option of booking appointments with your favorite stylist. The owner is so nice and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Very disappointed. I made an appointment and they said it will take 1hour 30 mins or 45 Mins for color my hair so I made myself available for 2 hours. Showed the front desk lady what color I like and asked about price. When I come back for appointment, they told me all the details of my hair , I understand that but I couldn't able to do because it will take more than 3 hours. I wish they are more professional way when they give appointment or discussion about hair. They wasted my time.

Services and wait time was fast. Saw a lot of people come in today, as well as Chino rewards given to this business! Loved it! Hair dresser was gentle and professional on my hair. Glad I went here. ? Found on google as I searched and determined which salon to go to which was actually nearby! ❤️
