Not sure why there's so many bad reviews about the customer service because I have always had a good experience there. I want to give a shoutout to the young man that works in the bike department. He is very chill, professional, and helpful. He was very helpful when I went in to get a bike for my kid a few months ago, and was helpful today 1/5/2024. I went in and purchased a bike rack. Pretty expensive. Upon opening it I noticed that many parts were missing. I called and explained the situation. They told me to bring it in. They was going to give me a refund, but I asked if I can just exchange it. The young man brought another over. We opened the box to inspect it, and that one was missing a few stuff as well. He brought another one and that one was great. Everyone was apologetic and helpful.

I have been coming to this location for over 6 years now and I've always had a great experience with customer service. However, I recently went and their team was truly disappointing. I have never experienced a team as disrespectful, unknowledgeable, and vague. It is disappointing for us, loyal customers, to carry the consequences of an obviously poor manager who is carrying this store down.

Went to get a get a few Christmas gifts. They had a flash sale online and in store more sales. The cashier Jarred was horrible. He wanted me to look up everything when I had screen shots. As if I worked there. They are lazy! They didn't even walk over to read their own sale signs. U had my young kids with me and they took along time. Never shopping in store again

Made a large purchase of over $600. Everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful. Got home and we were missing a $30 pair of Nike shorts. Called the store and they said no issue, they have a pair and will put our name to hold knowing with the drive it would take at least a few days to pick them up. Called the store to verify they still had them for us and the manager was snarky, dismissive, and said she'd check the cameras and get back the following day. I gave her a week knowing they're busy with the holidays. Called tonight and they said what they could see on the camera nothing was left out. I've spent three phone calls plus a round trip that would have taken over 1.5 hours. It would have cost in time, calls, and fuel more than the $30 we're out. It's the principle that we paid for an item that we didn't receive and the manager was on the rude side. If you shop here check your merchandise before you leave because they will not take accountability for missing items. They lost a long standing customer today.

Bought a $10 dicks football for my 8 year old. We didn't start playing with it until after a few weeks. We find out it doesn't hold air. We tried exchanging today and the manager refused saying past 30 days (been 34 days). I had proof of purchase and everything. He tried to pump it and it also couldn't hold air. Still refused to exchange. You guys just lost a customer for life from a $10 transaction. You guys are a disappointment.

Bought lifting gloves. They where defective. Customer service was great. Swapped them out for a new pair. Hassle free. Would definitely come here again.

No help at all came here to get 2pairs of running shoes. Waited 20 min no came to help there excuse is they were at lunch well close the place when y'all's taking lunch then.

Got some running shoes today and the sales associate Cole was extremely helpful. I have problems with my foot arch so I was looking for something that would help that, and Cole recommended both shoes and insoles (I got both). He was very informative and knew his stuff! 10/10 customer service. Also, shoutout to cashier Gio. He was also great at his job and friendly!

I'm so amazed to see that there are still young man with such good customer service, he help me patiently with all my daughters softball equipment and He answered all my questions .Daniel s. Is a valuable employee!!!

They don't respect their return policy at all! They expect a return to be brand new if not they won't take it back. How are you going to try a product when you can't even use it? Make it make sense! Not coming back.

5 stars for Cole and the soccer department. Store is beautiful. Love the remodel. Cole was very helpful. He knows soccer. Knows the game, shoes, balls, etc. He helped my 10 year old son and I get soccer cleats. Appreciate his help. Great employee. The soccer department offers a wide range of cleats. They now sell higher end cleats. Prices are competitive. Impressed with their selection.
