Haven't had my medication for months. Wen they finally did get it they didn't contact me as promised. I just happened to call them. Very disappointed. I've been a customer for years.

Now that I've moved out of the area, it has become blatantly obvious that the customer service at this location is legitimately the best. I was with them for years, and I never had any problems. They were always kind and super attentive. I've been to three other pharmacies since moving. Every single one has given me some sort of issue. Ridiculous wait times. Horrible customer service. Don't fill your prescription. Incessant automated calls. No text alerts. They were all CVS pharmacy's too! This location, specifically the employees, are very special. Robin (the pharmacist) and Dennis (the pharm tech) are the best around. I always felt cared for; and they were always smiley and friendly. It's weird, but I genuinely liked and did not mind picking up my prescriptions from them. I'm legitimately sad that I can no longer be a customer. Thank you for your services for the past 5 years, it was very much appreciated. Please stay just as you are :)

Michael, the manager here is very unprofessional and has no tact.. We came to fill some prescriptions here and We asked to use the restroom and he said no it's closed, in addition he told us , would he want our daughter to clean the restroom after someone uses? We understand due to covid we can't use it but this was an emergency. He also proceeded to tell us how covid spreads and using the restroom is number one. Well Michael for the record , I have cleaned after someone using the restroom and have cleaned up after a person having a health procedure. In addition Michael, bathroom use isn't number one , it is transferred person to person through coughing and sneezing hence why you need to be 6 ft apart.. I hope someone doesn't have an accident In your store because then you would have to clean it up. God forbid. You need more training on how to talk to your customers Michael.

During this pandemic nail salons are closed and my daughter graduated 5/27. She really wanted French tip acrylic nails but of course we couldn't take her to have them done so we decided on the glue on kind you find at the drug store. I went to Target, Rite Aid and CVS In Chino Hills. I decided instead of driving all around I would call around first. I called this location and "Angela" answered and was so friendly but also she looked in the store for me and put the last pair aside for us to buy. I drove there in 15min and purchased them. She saved my daughters because it meant to so much to her. Thankyou for awesome customer service Angela! And CVS!!!
