How to worst experience calling for medication I'm this person whose name is Lewis do you want to give me any information how to call back my doctors and they called and they still didn't want to give them information about my medication very rude not professional bad customer service representing you guys is the worst thing you guys could have put him in your team not recommend this Pharmacy to know one

I had a terrible experience today at CVS. There were only 2 people working. I waited to find out that no one else was there to help. Finally, Silvia did get the Aleve for me and the Head and Shoulders Shampoo. She was not friendly nor nice. She just did her job and made me feel that I was bothering her. I went to the counter and unfortuanately she was there. I told her I was using my OTC card from Aetna Medicare Advantage and I didnt want to go over the $105.00 that they had on the card. Long story short, I ended up using up $103.71 on my card but found out that I was charged $14.00 over what the OTC catalog pricing is.
I sure hope I do not have to deal with her again.

I always come to this cvs start of the month to pick up my member rewards and usually have a cordial interaction picking up my supplies... however, this specific time, there was a very rude cashier named Jack with short hair who did not welcome me and gave off the vibe she didn't want to be there.
The biggest issue I have is intentionally with malice pointing your eyes exactly 90 degrees away from me while nearly dropping my receipt. If you don't want this job, then don't work and management, please remove or counsel her as she is not fit for a customer "facing" service job.
Every other cashier has been kind and respectful, and I am grateful to them, but people like Jack do not deserve the privilege of serving the public. Go work in the back of a kitchen or something if you don't want to talk to people or really hate certain people so much you can't work properly. ?
Why spend hours on your makeup just to look even uglier by your actions? Wake up B-*# ? and enjoy reaping what you sow, negativity, and disapproval. ❤️?

Pharmacy is extremely rude, I'm sorry you're busy and you hate your miserable life but don't take it out on people trying to get their medicine. My doc never sent my prescription to them so they take out their anger on me for wasting their time. I would give you negative stars if I could.

I came to the store on April 1st at 1:00 a.m. and OMG the biggest Karen works here and her name is SHENNE she's so busy trying to watch people if their stealing is pathetic I think she's even paying one of her family members to be in the store and help her watch people in the middle of the night I sure hope they're paying her a bonus on her check for all this nonsense cuz you would think this is her store and she owns it and every time somebody steals is coming out of her check and she's rude on top of it and she acts like she wants to help you but she's very ungenuine about it and you can see right through her she's just wants to see if you're going to steal

They are mediocre. Mediocre service, mediocre phramacy, mediocre inventory, nice clean store. I miss rite aid - the staff used to go above and beyond with my perscriptions, etc

We came in about 6:30 pm 1/25/24tk pick up an "instant print" book project that was sent for printing. What started out as a crisis with a 24 hour print job, that went wrong due to another employees mishap, Jonathan (operations manager) did his due diligence to make things right. We appreciate the effort and great customer service in correcting an issue, Jonathan! Keep it up!

Horrible customer service from a chubby man who is working the pharmacy drive through on 01/17/24 @ 3pm. Has an attitude when first approached and is asking the same questions multiple times, can’t find a simple prescription. Had to have another lady find it after he wasted my time.

Don’t come here to take your passport picture. They’ll make you wait 20mins before taking your picture and another 30 just to ring you up.

It's the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to. If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The pharmacist keeps helping others who are cutting lines instead of those who are in line or have an appointment for vaccination. She continuously took incoming prescriptions instead of helping those who had already checked in or were in line for pickup. I did not see the pharmacist assisting those at pick up or consulting regarding the medication; instead, she was standing by the computer. Also, I see her sending patients to the pick-up line when they are having prescription and insurance issues instead of having them contact their physician's office or insurance company, which did not help in moving the patient flow. In addition, there are no waiting areas for the older patient to sit down. The overall experience was not great.

Honestly customer service at the drive thru has always been satisfactory until this guy named Ruben came to the picture. Unprofessional, unintellectual, low etiquette. Had me wait for 15 min (for a ready to be picked up medication) while he was obviously doing something else. Or, possibly he might not be able to locate the medication??? No sorry, no explanation for the long wait. Low class manner!!

I usually don't complain, but this ridiculous it's been 3 times now that they don't mix my kid medication. An I always have to drive back.

The first and last time I'll be filling prescriptions here. If you need a 24 hr pharmacy, please look elsewhere and if that elsewhere is a drive, you're better off driving. My doctor called in a prescription and spoke with someone (did not leave a message). She was told that the medication would be ready in 1 hour so I figured going in two hours would be enough time. I arrive to the pharmacy and there is no record of my prescription. Nobody was apologetic for the inconvenience and I was basically ignored until my doctor had to call in AGAIN. I was then told that I had to wait another 20 min. Harry's attitude was unacceptable. He not only gave me attitude but gave the sweet couple in front of me attitude for no reason. Considering people are picking up their medication, the pharmacy staff needs to have a little more compassion for their patients.
