This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. On 11-9-2023 got a text telling me I had a prescription ready for pickup. I went there 3 days later and they had no record of the order. I was informed it would be filled that day. Later that day I again received a second text that the Rx was ready for pick up. Today, Monday, I again went to CVS. Again, they had no prescription ready. This is worst service I have ever seen. If you can, go somewhere else that is at least competent!

The drive thru line here is always ridiculously long. I don't understand what's the hold up, hand out the prescription and NEXT.

They never fill the prescription (liquids) appropriately. I didn't have enough antibiotics to give my son and yes I measured accurately. They need to work on providing the accurate amount of liquid antibiotics. Terrible service

I have been waiting at CVS for almost an hour just to buy some eye drops. There is only one Person Working in the WHole store right now!! Besides the pharmacy people, but they cannot help. T his is ridiculous. The eye drops are locked!! So I need a key. Why don't they hire more people.

Drop off a prescription but was ask to go to another city. when i got there and they can not fill the prescription because it a specialty and ask me to go back to Chino. Got there a lady in front of me said that she been waiting for 20min. ask her make sure you go to the counter and we waited for 5min and saying hello , so that they be able notice us. when it get to my turn i explain to him what happen and he looking it up in the computer and said to me that he can not do it and try to give me the prescription back and i told him per Pharmacy at Diamond Bar that it a specialty medication and they need to key-in the system and the CVS will contact us. Dr. Mosses finally key-in the prescription and inform that CVS specialty store will contact us.Ask him whey they sent we all the way to DiamondBar and I end up have to come back to chino and his answer is that they can do it over there but i told all my wife prescription are here. Instead apologizing he keepsaid he is not there when it happen.

Unfortunately my Dr sent my medicine here instead of where I asked. This place never fails to disappoint. 2 hour long wait for medication that was sent over 12 hours prior, and then fails to let me know that some of the items I needed were simple over the counter, when I call to ask why I didn't get these medications in my bag they simply give me attitude and throw it on their co workers. Seriously horrible service.

I usually give CVS a high rating but CVS has not had my medication for quite sometime and I've had to drive to a city an hour and a half away to get it. I have to call them constantly only to learn they have restocked instead instead of notifying me.

Don't go to this pharmacy. You will ignored and get treated rudely . No manners whatsoever. The main pharmacist is in charge and should run a tight ship. None here!!!!!

If I could give a negative I would by far the worst experience of my life with a CVS Pharmacy or any pharmacy for that matter. No communication between staff or clients and their excuse is they have over 1000 clients. So how can I trust you if you feel uou dont need to have good communication because you have many clients. Over 10 staff members in the pharmacy and they didn't start having more than one register open until I made comments. You know you are dealing with medications and needs that people need to live and the lax attitude and no remorse for their miscommunication was very concerning. If you don't care about the people you are serving then don't serve them.

CVS corner of central and Philadelphia. There's never a "good" time to come to this location, or any CVS for that matter. They're constantly busy and full of people, either at the pharmacy or in line or parking lot. Today was ok as I only needed a couple of things. The main issue I have here is when I need cosmetics that are locked up. You "ring" for them and they are paged by AI. my average wait time here for cosmetics is 10 MINUTES!! There's no one in the general area, (EVER) that can help unlock my eyelashes or whatever it is that I'm wanting to purchase. The thing about CVS though the EXTRACARE coupons. I always get at least $3.00 in extra BUCKS each time. On top of coupons in the mail which can be combined, I generally save $25-30 each time I come to CVS. There's some nice clerks but generally they don't smile and look stressed.

Horrible service!! I’m a disabled senior and in a walker. I went on January 2, 2022 (Sunday) about 7am to get my first shingle vacation, no problem and when I asked the pharmacist what would be the best time to come back for my second vacation, she replied the same… early Sunday because they are normally not busy. So I did and today April 3rd (Sunday) at 6:45am this pharmacist said she couldn’t help me because she was by herself ? and when I told her so was the other pharmacist when I came three months ago and she replied well I’m busy come back at 9am BUSY…. No one at the drive through and literally only one other person in the whole store besides me. Guess Walgreens it is. Nothing worse than a lazy lier.
