Everybody here at Country Animal Clinic is amazing! When people take a human into the hospital, they follow hospital rules, sit in the waiting room, listen to the doctor and provide the best care they can for their loved one…
I’ve seen a few reviews of people complaining about Country Animal Clinic…
I understand people are scared when their pets get sick… it’s scary! And most pets, unlike humans. Pets don’t usually have insurance to cover cost.. and cost can add even more frustration to the situation… and when you’re familiar is sick, and emotions are running high… sometimes the cost is the only way people have to vent all of these emotions… that is a very human emotion!
Please remember our pets are not human and sometimes they do need the same treatments as humans such as antibiotics, x-rays ,clinical cost and sometimes surgery …ECT
These veterinary costs can sometimes mirror the same cost that we pay as humans when we go to the hospital or doctors office…Of course cost reflect size and weight and animals are smaller and weigh less so the cost is less.
That does not mean that it won’t be costly!
For me, it’s a fair trade off… and I always keep in mind that the clinic itself has an overhead that they have to pay for their equipment, surgical needs, employees and Dr/surgeon overhead…Ect…
Hey, I spent five years in bed while having my feet and legs reconstructed… every night when I went to bed, I had my cat looking up into my eyes, letting me know he was there, and he never left my side! Every morning when I woke up he was there to help me through another day!
Why would I not give him the same compassionate care when he is in need?
In my opinion, if it comes down to a checkbook…
Whether or not, this amazing creature gets the care he deserves…. Well for me the answer lies in compassion and love.
The amazing people at Country Animal Clinic helped me through everything! I was not price gouged! I was treated with respect! And my Cat was treated with kindness and love!
I recommend Country Animal Clinic to everybody! Remember, respect gets respect!
Listen to the nurses and listen to the doctor. Be respectful and kind! Work with them to get your
Beloved pet better…. This is the way to have the very best outcome for that amazing creature God gave you and you Love!❤️

I never write reviews, but I had to share my experience. My cat, Benny, dislocated his hip, and Dr. Gonzalez was not only thorough but also compassionate in handling Benny’s care, which really put me at ease. After Benny’s surgery, Dr. Dispenza personally called to let me know it went well and provided a detailed report. I really appreciated the care and attention they gave Benny. Huge thanks to both for their incredible work!

This place is the best pet clinic. I took my dogs to several clinics before, and this place is the way to go. Prices are incredibly affordable. Staff members are very lovely and caring; they treat your pet so well and make them feel special. Jordan is the sweetest person ever! Thank you for making my dog BABY feel so special. Dr. Jose pays special attention to your pet and examines them with great detail. He is the first pet doctor that I've seen who truly cares about your pet. Thank you for everything. I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

**Review for Country Animal Clinic**
I am writing to share my recent experience with Country Animal Clinic, which unfortunately fell short of our expectations. We had scheduled an appointment for our dog to have a bump removed from her head. We were assured on multiple occasions that the procedure would take a few hours. Specifically, we were told we could drop off our dog at 8:15 AM, and she would be finished around noon or sooner, given the nature of the procedure.
However, the experience did not align with what we were promised. Despite arriving on time, we received no communication about the status of our dog’s procedure. It was only after noon that we learned our dog had not yet been attended to. We were informed that the clinic prioritizes general anesthesia cases over those requiring partial anesthesia, and as a result, our dog’s procedure would be delayed until the late evening. This lack of transparency and failure to adhere to the initially communicated timeframe was frustrating and inconvenient.
Additionally, the behavior of the front receptionist was disappointing. Their demeanor was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of customer service and empathy further exacerbated our experience.
Given the lack of effective communication and the unprofessional conduct we encountered, we are deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. We hope that Country Animal Clinic will address these issues to improve their client interactions and service reliability in the future.
Due to the unacceptable experience we had, with our dog being held for nearly five hours without receiving attention and the subpar customer service at the front desk, we have decided to cancel her procedure and seek care elsewhere.

I love this Animal Clinic. It has been around for a very long time. I sadly had to have my cat put down and they were very helpful and even sent me a sympathy card. Only thing I can think was an issue was they only take credit cards or cash. No checks. I had to go to a local bank and open a new account. So I lost about 30 minutes having to do that. Otherwise they were most helpful and accommodating.

My experience at Country Animal Clinic was pleasant. HELPFUL, kind, affordable and straight shooters. In and out in 15 minutes for a rabies vaccine. Prices are EXTREMELY fair!!! Very happy customer!! Thank you Country Animal Clinic
