Can’t express how great of a job this place does!! My pup always leaves happy and the groomers really listen to how I want his cut done.
On top of giving a great cut, the staff is always so friendly. 10/10 spot—highly recommend!

Had to revise our review because 2 days after being groomed here we had to take our Saint to the vet as he was scratching like crazy and he had scabs on his back and sides. Vet said it was a reaction to the soap or cologne ? That was probably used.
Took our 165# Saint Bernard to Club Mutt for the first time yesterday and we are absolutely impressed with the full grooming. He was very happy to be there and we were told that he was amazing when we picked him up. All the staff are fantastic, from the owner (Candy) to each of the ladies that bathed and groomed him.

The customer service here is great. A+ on all the groomers and always treating the dogs in a great way. It’s always a plus when you get to see the owners bassets hanging out there too! The bakery is also a plus you can get a dog snack on the way out ??

I think this place does a very good job at shaming their customers. You go to the groomer because you need your dogs to be fixed, they won’t be perfect when they get there. This happens every time we go but today was the worst. They made sure to have our dogs matted hair laid out on the floor in front of all the customers to see. It was truly embarrassing and mean. Not to mention the extremely judgmental tone and attitude prior to the shaving. Another experience was when we asked for one of our dogs to be trimmed to upkeep his look. We got him back and he was completely shaved. When I questioned this they got frustrated with me and continually stated how their version of a “trim” is a shave. How were we supposed to know that? When i think of trim i think of only cutting off what’s necessary to be cut off. The lady I was talking to then put me on the phone with the store owner and she couldn’t make it more my fault. I apologized for causing them a problem but not once did they apologize for maybe not communicating exactly what their version of a trim is. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, she was very snappy with me and it made that experience worse. They normally do very well with the outcome but it’s more important to me how the customers are treated considering we leave our dogs there for hours. I’m very dissatisfied with their customer service and it would be nice to have a judge-free system over there.

We tried coming here last week for their self serve dog wash. Hours of operation says they close at 4 pm. We got there at 3:10 only to be told that they close their dog wash at 3pm. Would have been nice if this was mentioned on their website but okay fine no worries. The lady who declined us said they will be closed on Wednesday but will be back open on Thursday. We tried to come here early around 2ish on Thursday only to find THEY WERE CLOSED. There was literally a homeless woman in front of the store who said "they've been closed all day but you can try opening the door" And yupp... CLOSED. Why say youll be opening when you clearly arent. Ridiculous just wanted to wash my dog; went somewhere else and dont regret it. Dont bother coming here

I started taking three of my dogs here and we all love it.The staff is friendly and the bathing stations are top notch.I highly recommend for dogs to get groomed here.

My dog came back with multiple cuts on her stomach and legs, and she also now has fleas right after her grooming at Club Mutt. Don't go here, I'm very disappointed. Haircut is also uneven

Dropped off two of our huskies for grooming this morning and picked up two - brand spanking New dogs! Just absolutely Amazing. It’s Club Mutt for us from now on! Completely impressed.
