“I LOVE ROSS & SHOP HERE OFTEN. TODAY I EXCHANGED SOMETHING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE. I HAD MY RECEIPT & THE PRICE TAGS BUT I HAD REMOVED THEM. THE MANAGER WAS AWESOME AT EXPLAINING & HELPING ME. ?”
“I like this store a lot. The staff is always nice even if they have a long line. The place does get very crowed on the weekend and the line is a bit long but I still come here because they have a lot of clearance stuff a lot of good deals if you have time to look. I always try to come with a good amount of free time because the store is big and a little disorganized. I wish the fitting rooms were open later but that’s about it. It’s kinda a hit or miss but I always have fun looking.”

“This store always has lots of varieties and options to choose from. I need a black tie last week and went to the mens warehouse first and they didn’t have the one I was looking for. I came here and they had quite the selection. The store was organized as well.”
