The car wash is often down. I waste the monthly service I pay for. They don't answer the phone so I can see if it's working that day. I waste so much time driving to wash my car, to only have to turn around because it's not working again.

Find pumps are clean, hand sanitizer is available, window wash has fluid, and able to fill up without issues. The reason for the two stars is for the car wash. This is a heavily used wash and there should be plenty of income coming in that they could invest in a née unit or hire a contractor that can fix the unit. Every time we use it there are issues. The most common is one of the three soaps are missing, water spray is inconsistent, and the worst is the dryers on the driver side never fully dry the car. If management is reading this please replace or properly fix the car wash.

I have stopped by several times in the last few weeks around 3:10 a.m. The store closes from 2:00 a.m. to 2:15 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. to 4:15 a.m. However, every single time I've stopped by the last few weeks, the employee has been her car asleep at 3:10 or whenever I stop around that time. I can blow the horn in the car right beside her and she won't move. It has caused me to stop wanting to stop at this location in the afternoons when I get off work. This morning, one lady needed gas on her way to work and she couldn't because the employee was asleep in her car. Another customer stopped because he needed something. He was able to smoke an entire cigarette while I thought about this review. He was still waiting when I left.

Me and my boyfriend bought drinks & sandwich the lady at 4:30 am today July 8/2019 is supermad she didn't even say hello and her tone is so mad not only to us but to lot of customers ... I don't unusually give a comment like this but be aware of your employees if you don't want your business to close...

I think Marlena has no customer service skills. Every time I come here she always has a weird vibe and isn't a very happy person.
