Excellent service from the time I registered to admitting, wait was short and a very clean lobby. Doctor came soon to the room I was and ordered an ultrasound which was done quickly and in a very professional way

my experience at Chino Valley Hospital was a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 , I don't feel comfortable in Hospitals beside the procedure which was professional and with care the treatment made me feel so comfortable I felt like I was at home .I was treated professional at all times my RN IMELDA was the best

This has been our family's hospital. We have changed our medical insurance and this hospital is no longer in our network but we still utilize this because of the care and professional service they provide.

Our Son was admitted for Heart Attacks
July 31, 2024, and now it’s after 5 PM on August 5. 2024 He was supposed to have an angiogram today!
and now he’s got MRSA !!!
Now What?????.
His family and friends are very worried and scared!!!!!
Please Help Him !!!!!

Upon arriving at this hospital in the emergency area: the receptionist took my information very kindly, then a nurse took my blood pressure and temperature, asked for my medical information and was very cordial and attentive, then the doctor told me the results of the X-rays that were done there. X and gave me the instructions to follow. I liked the hospital, which was physically very clean and the medical staff very friendly and helpful. I will return there if required.

I went to ER my blood pressure was droping low any vary light headed they did blood work and found I was dehiydreted whey hook with two iv two hours later release me great job

Everyone I came in contact with from start to finish was top notch. Patient Access, the triage Nurse, the PA and other nursing staff made me feel very well taken care of. Chino has a fantastic ER team. Thank you for taking care of me!

Had to take my mother for food poisoning, as soon as we arrived they quickly helped us. Every single nurse was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The woman Brenda Ramirez was literally such an angel while helping me and my mom. Truly, bless her heart. Thank you so much for helping my mother.
