At first, the lady who helps you rent a storage, Nadia, was so nice and helpful,,,, I decided to rent a unit there,
but she said she was having tech issues with the computer. So she wanted me to wait, and said she would call me when it worked.
I never got a call, nor an email, so I emailed her , but no answer. Obviously she didn't want to rent to me. She judged me because I was staying with my friend, and looking for my own rental., so I had to keep all my stuff in a storage. I was nicely dressed, and very honest. You can be there 3 hours in a day, and she didn't like the fact that I had to come by everyday to organize my things and get what I needed. Not nice to unfairly judge a person.
You are allowed to be at your storage 3 hours per day, but Nadia is saying I cannot come everyday for 3hours, even though that is the rule.

Easy no hassle experience booking online. Nadia and Michael were very helpful and friendly during the process of getting me checked in when I arrived. Storage area is spacious, clean and lot seems secure.

I rented storage here 3 years ago when it was some other name. I decided to come back here again since i had good experience before. Nadia was super helpful. She very details - took us to show diff storages and even let's us know about special promotion. Clean, safe, and reason pricings.
