Important: For Covid test, Do not pay for this test. This is for antibody. The pharmacist is so uneducated that she Gave out positive results for every single one who have had been vaccinated… Duh!. Obviously they’re going to be antibody positive so please do not use this or PAY THEM to see if you have Covid. ONLY nasal swab tests can determine if you have Covid NOT blood test

Do Not Get COVID-19 Tested At This Pharmacy ! ! ! The pharmacist is giving the Lyher Covid-19 IgM/IgG antibody combo test by getting a blood sample from a finger p***** instead of performing a nasal swab rapid antigen test to detect active Covid-19 infections in trusting customers ! ! Please do not waste your hard earned money here, I spent almost $200 for three test on Thursday, December 30, 2021. According to the pharmacist out of three people in my family who tested, two were positive for COVID-19. According to Fda.gov, "Antibody tests look for antibodies in your immune system ....Antibody test should not be used to diagnose an active COVID-19 infection." "Samples for antibody test are typically blood from a fingerstick, or blood drawn by your doctor or other medical personnel." "Diagnostic tests detect if you have an active COVID-19 infection. Samples for diagnostic test are collected by nasal or throat swab, or saliva collected by spitting in a tube." In addition, according to the December 29, 2021 updated information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), "A viral test tells you if you are infected with SARS-CoV- 2, the virus causes COVID-19. Viral tests use samples that come from your nose or mouth." "An antibody test can detect antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in your blood. Antibodies are found in your immune system and help fight infection and protect you from getting sick in the future. ANTIBODY TESTS SHOULD NOT BE USED TO DIAGNOSE A CURRENT INFECTION, but may indicate if you had a past infection." Finally, according to the Fact Sheet For Recipients from the Lyher Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCov) Igm/IgG Antibody Combo Test Kit made by Hangzhou Laihe Biotech Co., Ltd. "A diagnostic test tells you if you have a current infection. An antibody test tells you if you had a previous infection. This test is an antibody test. It will help assess if you have antibodies to the virus that causes COVID-19." Therefore there is no way Chino Medical Pharmacy is giving its customers an antigen Covid-19 test if they are using blood samples and are testing on the Lyher Antibody Combo Test Kit. The pharmacist is giving us all false Covid-19 test results and should be held liable for this! ! I urge you to do your research, do not let being desperate to find out if there is a possible COVID-19 infection push you to make the same mistake my family and I made. Unfortunately I was not the only one who was given false COVID-19 testing and test results. A few of my other family members and friends also got tested here. Not to mention every other client that was there before and after us. Chino Medical Pharmacy how can you take advantage of your customers and not not know the difference between an antibody test and a viral test? I started my research on what my family and I had been tested on the evening I left the pharmacy as I had left there feeling uneasy and doubtful. The next morning I went to TotalCare Walk-In Clinic to retest for Covid-19 and to confirm my doubts. At TotalCare I was given the correct nose swab rapid antigen test that I had previously hoped to get a Chino Medical Pharmacy. This time I tested COVID-19 Negative. Since I could not afford to pay for my two children to be tested at TotaCare after having to fork out my money at Chino Pharmacy I was able to find them the FlowFlex COVID-19 antigen home test at CVS pharmacy. They also tested Negative for Covid-19. Again Please I urge you do your research and go elsewhere. I am planning on returning soon to get my hard earned money back. Chino Medical Pharmacy do the right thing and contact all the customers you gave the "COVID-19" rapid test to! ! Have them retest themselves with the correct test. Some of my other relatives who had tested negative at your pharmacy were in fact positive after they retested themselves! I can only begin to imagine how many other people were put in danger due to your negligence.

****FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD**** Will be reporting this illegal operation to the California State Board of Pharmacy. Along with a police report to conduct a full investigation on this operation. These pharmacist need to be prosecuted for conducting a federally illegal operation. Scamming people and providing FALSE covid test with FALSE covid POSITIVES. You should be afraid and I hope that you are. DO NOT get a Covid Test Here!! DO NOT get a Vaccine Here!!

A very nice cozy place, nice manager and employee. The place is clean and have snacks in case of waiting time. Called in a prescription, had a little problem with insurance on covering it; Theodora was so helpful that she spent about thirty five to forty minutes talking to them on the phone. At the end, I got my meds and it was covered by my insurance; thank you Theodora and I will be using you guys from now on.

This place is very slow!! They never have your meds ready ontime. Called in a refill and still had to wait an hour!! You are better off at CVS Walmart or any place but here!!

I went in to pick something up and was told 25 minutes. I was there with my toddler and had I had any idea it would be an hour wait we would have left and gotten lunch or something. All that waiting and no communication or updates. My toddler had to go to the bathroom but they dont even have a public restroom and we had to go over to jack in the box because they didnt give me any idea how much linger the wait would be.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to!!! If I could give 0 stars I would it's not my first or second time and it's always the same thing with them!!! Only reason I even go here is because my Ob is right across from this pharmacy and we get send there!!! To begin this isn't your regular pharmacy it's to small and they are always understaffed and to top it off their computers are always down and I have to wait 40 mins just to get a shot that I had already ordered what kind of **** is that.... I really don't recommend this place for anyone

I spoke with Theodora on the phone and she was extremely helpful. She made my needs very smooth sailing. hopefully it continues because this is my first time using them for my patients and I am planning of giving them more when the needs arise.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Theodora, the "pharmacy manager" is very rude and unprofessional. She tries intimidate interns and even potential clients, to the point where she made an interviewee cry. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, ESPECIALLY workers in the pharmaceutical industry seeking employment. Don't expect much from their customer service either or you'll cry too.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came to get my newborns medicine and was shocked how I was ignored and not even acknowledged walking up. Never will I have a Rx transferred here !
