After dealing with several used car dealerships and their absurd markups for a couple weeks my patience was wearing thin. I found a car i liked at Chino hills Ford and so i contacted them about buying it. Not wanting to waste an entire day driving to another dealership just to find out the actual price of the vehicle is several thousand dollars more than advertised, i asked specifically if the listed price was what i would pay and was assured that yes, that would be the price. Well finally i had found a dealership that was truthful. Martin was the salesman that helped me and he was great. No surprises and we got the deal done. I highly recommend this dealership.

Worst customer service of any Ford dealership I have ever dealt with. Purchased tires at Tustin Ford after getting an engine swap for a bad engine they didn’t warranty (even though we pointed out the noise day one). We had a side wall tire blow out a week later on the 71 fwy next to the Chino Hills ford dealer. Got the truck towed to Chino Hills ford as directed by Tustin ford. Chino Hills ford tells us there is nothing they can do and we need to have it towed to Tustin ford. Then Chino Hills ford tries to sell us a tire saying we didn’t purchase the warranty. We did purchase the protection and had to get the truck towed to Tustin Ford to get it resolved. I spoke with the manager at Chino Hills ford and he was incompetent as the service advisor Allen Morgan. After calling mutable numbers Ford took over 3 hours to get the issue straightened out. 4 hours and counting the whole ordel. Due to the location of Chino Hills ford and Tustin Ford we came out of pocket for the tow charges. California Bureau of Automotive Repair Complaint Confirmation 5DDE-N2F9WZAllen Morgan saw us waiting a couple of hours later in our truck and stated he spoke with Tustin ford and they recommended we change all 4 tires not just 2 and the tire that blew out was an old tire. All incorrect the tire that blew was the new tire but that was his attempt at resolving the issue. He just suggested we put in a complaint.Reading your response below shows ford dealerships won’t honor warranted work performed at an other ford dealership even when directed to that dealership. Your response below show the problem I was highlighting.

Typical dealership without anything spectacular or horrible to say. Just like all dealerships their main focus is to sell cars even if they have to lie or to manipulate. On this purchase, the sales person lied to me that the dealers discount ends today when I told him my plan was to think it overnight and most likely purchase the following day due to transportation and to arrange for a babysitter for my children. 3 weeks later the dealers discount is still available today. Then the was the manager who went over my finance, tried to sneak a $1k “gap insurance” and did not disclosed to me prior to signing until I noticed it afterward. He then just crossed it off nonchalantly. As a local resident who decided to shop with a local dealer I expected them to be somewhat honest and transparent to their customers. This experience with my purchase demonstrated why any shopper should and are willing to travel further for better deals because it appears that’s how customers are being treated regardless where they go. Not once did I negotiate the price. I paid for listed price. The least anybody can do is be transparent to their customers without being lied to. Just typical.

My husband and I were not exactly in the market for a new car. We had just purchased a 22 Subaru Forester and barely had a year when a lady hit me and totaled my car. I knew my credit was a work in progress after true financial stress that we faced after my son’s stroke 5 years ago. I wasn’t exactly sure how things were going to turn out but I had a pre approval through one of my credit card companies and I scheduled an online appointment to see a used Jeep Wrangler. After much thought and consideration and back and forth conversations, my husband and I agreed we didn’t like the Jeep. Our sales representative Maveline and her manager Andre were amazing and so patient with us. They let us take our time, go back and forth on our thoughts and ideas and when we finally decided on what we wanted Maveline and Andrew made it happens and we drove off the lot with a brand new Ford Bronco Sport.

With my last few reviews of this dealership I swore I would not be coming back but when my transmission was leaking transmission oil as fast as it was I had no choice but to come back here since this place was about 4 miles away compared to where I would have gone.I want to say that this time I had a very good experience with my service advisor Jaime through out the process, Sheryl in customer service and Mandy in service when picking up my vehicle as they were closing. I am going to upgrade my rating and I will give this place another go once I need my next service. Jaime found that my transmission fell within some 80/100000 mile warranty and he was able to get this handled with no money out of my pocket which I was very pleased with. In addition to this I had them perform an early oil change since the car was there and up in the air.About 8 days later I received my car back with a new transmission among other parts needed to get it back together and a fresh oil change. After driving the car for a few days now I have to say it is working just fine. I would also like to thank the mechanics that worked on my vehicle as well.

Great experience. I worked with Tony and Rigo, they were both great at communicating, didn’t feel pressured, no sales tactics, very nice and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and Ford company. They setup the app for me, took some pictures, helped me find the best financing option for me under my company, and I was out of there in less than 2 hours! Highly recommend these guys and this dealership. The finance office part with Todd was lighthearted and quick as well with their super cool full digital screen desk where you sign. Communication with their front desk staff was great prior to arrival via phone and texts, and everyone there is very nice.

Very frustrating dealership, have had them order upgraded brakes to come in and find out sold to another customer, and only have the basic brakes look worse after 2 months than the ones I replaced after 2 years. Quote for labor and then get *special pricing* only to have that savings added to labor. Got an extended warranty and then they have wrong info put in for payment so sitting here trying to fix another issue.Was really ready to just chalk up my experience and find a different dealer, when an employee asked me to please talk to Mr. Kirk before I left. We had a conversation and I’ll have some of these issues hopefully resolved next week. I’ll adjust rating after.UPDATE: Went back on November 7th @ 11:00 am and asked for Mr. Kirk since we had an appointment, only to be told he was in a meeting for next 1 & 1/2 Hours so I walked over to the service department to see if they had my appointment. Nope. After this series of miscommunication I am happy to say that Mr. Kirk did reach out and apologize. I understand I’m not their only customer, however we did make a follow-up appointment for the 15th to resolve this issue and also do a smog on vehicle at same time so although it wasn’t resolved today, I am confident that it will be next week.{Optimistically raising to 4 stars as I hope issues will be resolved}2nd UPDATE: Went in for smog and brake check, went smoothly and got a quote for both lower control arms and alignment that they feel contributed to the issues at hand. After grabbing extended warranty and this new work required, gonna drop almost $5500.00. Not the news I wanted, but since the new explorers only got me by 35 HP it’s still cheaper than a new vehicle payment for an ugly ST. Glad issue was resolved and am pleased that finally found the root cause. I would like to thank Mr. Kirk’s efforts to get the proper inspection that this got sorted out.

I was assisted by Andrew Washington and Todd Fulmer. I explained my goals and they worked some magic. Both were helpful with my trade in. Very knowledgeable. Great customer service. From the time I arrived when it was raining, Washington made sure to have the vehicles I was interested in ready to be seen. All the way till the end, making sure I set up another day to come back and get a fresh wash after the rain. Great overall experience.

I've been looking for a few months for a Ford Maverick. Most of the dealership I went to prior had extremely high markups on the Maverick. Even though Chino Hills Ford had market adjustment on the vehicle, they were the only one willing to sit down and negotiate out a price point we were both comfortable with. I ended up paying over MSRP, but I was able to get the Lariat trim instead of the XLT I was originally looking to get. Other dealerships were offering only the XL and XLT at or even higher prices compared to Chino Hills Ford.Mike H was very helpful and attentive throughout the process (and even afterwards when I was following up on the floor mats we ordered). The guys at the dealership made the buying process very streamline and smooth.Would love to come out to try their service department but unfortunately, they're very far away.I definitely recommend checking out this dealership if you're looking for an honest and upfront process.

I came in to buy a certified used car. After giving my needs and musts to Rigo, he lead me to the car I didn't know I wanted. The price was ok. But Rigo went and get Moe, I'm guessing the manager, and after a little back and forth...... he worked really well with me. I left with a car, a smile and feeling like I made a couple of good friends! I totally recommend this place. If you want a real treat, ask for the manager, Moe was a pleasure to talk to.
