I am a little bit unsatisfied with the fact that I still had to pay half price for after school pick up for my daughter despite the fact that she didn't go for one week. Also on the days that a holiday fell on Monday I still had to pay for the 3-day pickup even though she didn't attend those Mondays.The facility does need a deep cleaning. Their snack policy is crazy. They don't allow my daughter to bring her own chips or fruit snacks. After I wrote her a note they because she is picky there was still an issue. But the director was friendly helped me with the enrollment.

Friendly staff, however, not the cleanest facility. Maybe my standards are too high, but when it comes to my kids, not only do i seek safety but i seek a place that will help nourish them as I do at home. We just didn't feel comfortable in the setting. My kids had expressed the dirty restroom, and when I went in for a walk through, i noticed worn down things such as the sinks and play areas. The staff is friendly but not trained to help with homework. It's more of a communal babysitting setting. I did love the camera access so I was able to watch my kids while at work. Charlene, the director, was really kind and helpful. This place could definitely use major renovations/upgrades. (I dont really write reviews, but when it comes to childcare, i think its important to let other parents know seeking the same as I do with my kids)

If you honestly care where you send your child PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND ABORT EVEN CONSIDERING THIS PLACE.Pricing is high considering all factors.Location is run down & right behind a lovely liquor mart.If you love to have your child contact the latest disease or infection this is definitely the place to send your child !! A little pneumonia, ooooo RSV check, ahhhh my personal favorite Hands Foot and Mouth !!Parents could care less about sending their child here while they are sick. Facility can care even less about cleanliness or turning away sick children before they enter facility.The icing on the cake of my review is my child does not even attend this day care let alone any daycare; they are just exposed to a child who does attend. Hence the child who attends gets sick so does my child as well as myself. I’ve spent countless days missing work, going to doctor’s appointments, spending hours in the urgent care and late nights in the ER. If you love all these selling points this is definitely the place for your child

Day care needs to be shut down. Flee infestation that had been reported late , hand foot mouth that was not reported, also incident with teacher pushing a student that was reported and all this is on public records . Just look for your self! Stay away!!

They packed too many toddlers into one room with 4-1 teachers ratios. I saw sooo many babies and toddlers with 4 teachers. Some were crying and screaming hysterically while ignored and seemed terrorized, some could handle the shuffling around, other toddlers taking toys away, climbing over them, with no real learning opportunities, etc.Teachers looked stressed.I would never enroll my baby there.

If I could give zero stars I would! The video feed is nice until you see that it's lunch time and they haven't fed your child and leave her just standing there until you call and ask what's going on and you see the teaches yank a kid up by their arm. Not ok. We pulled our daughter after one week. Would NEVER recommend this school to anyone! Parents please be aware!

All three of my Children and niece attended Childtime back in late 90's and early 2000. I remember Miss Mary, Miss Barbara, Miss Debbie and Miss Val. I loved the family like environment and boy, the meals were all homemade! My children and niece are all grown now. All graduated from college, are home owners and all are doing very well. I'm visiting California this week and just drove by. Thank you Childtime for allowing me to work with a peace of mind as you blessed my family. Job well done!

Absolutely love this Daycare! I’ve never had an issue! Until Mr Richard arrived. My kids complain daily!! Now on the look for a whole new daycare. I’ve complained multiple times, but my concerns are never solved. It’s so unfortunate that I have to sit here and take time from my schedule to write a review! Aside of this, the rest of the teachers are so welcoming and friendly!

Definitely a 5 start child care place. We were so happy to find this place for our 16 months old. We feel comfortable to be able to watch him on the monitor, receive numerous pictures on the app, and get in time updates for meal and diaper changes. The staff there are warm hearted and caring. They spend time with each child and be patient in every situation. They do a lot of events, and my son is very engaged. We have pulled him out from another place after two days as we could feel he was sad and lonely. Here, he is happy and enjoys going back!

My son has been in this school since 3 months. The teachers are kind and patient. Now the school can video live, and I can see my son's activity at any time every day. This school is solo great!

My son has been at Child Time Chino for the last two months. So far we both have had a positive experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. They genuinely care for all the kids. It's a clean and safe environment that helps me feel comfortable about leaving my child.

I have worked with this Childtime for the last 3 years and it is very well managed. Good teachers and very clean place. The kids are well behaved. Highly recommend.
