Customer service doesn't seem very important here, one of the managers felt the need to lecture me for trying the door ?? lady some of us have been on the road for more than an hour, also your sign looks the same as everything else, it blends in so maybe that's why no one is reading it... it's a gas station so I don't care, but lmao. If you see the sign, try opening the door anyway ??♂️ I'll probably do it again

If you pay attention to the prices. Chevron tries to control this corner of gas stations. Whenever their price goes up or down, Shell will match their lowest cash paying price, to their low price. 76 will be around 5-10 cents cheaper than chevron's lowest cash price. Choose wisely.

I went to this gas station less than 15 mins ago and the girl or lady name Mary was very disrespectful. She said my husband was rude to her but she didn’t even let me use the restroom... very disrespectful... I felt super offend by that...

pricing a little high usually, but all the gas stations around are usually the same price. Customer service is rude I’ve been ignored twice coming here by the lady that works here name on the shirt was pat she has an attitude like if I was an inconvenience while I’m just trying to get some gas I wouldn’t recommend stopping here unless your just paying with your cc or debit

Delfina is a sweetheart! Very warm and inviting. She is an asset to chevron and has a way of lifting up anyone who walks in their store (and they have the cheapest bic lighters in chino!) Always kept up nicely and very clean!

If you plan on filling up on gas or loading up on snacks but only have a $50 or $100 bill to pay, you're out of luck. Station wouldn't accept a $100 bill for my purchase of gas and other miscellaneous items which totaled to approximately $30. Additionally, cigarette prices are considerably higher at this station than in comparison to other locations in the immediate area.

Today at approximately 5:50pm, after the fill up, my car wouldn't start. After a couple attempts, I called my boyfriend at 5:54pm (per my phone call history) to come assist. I explained the noises it's making and he diagnosed that it could be a bad battery, and advised to not call towing yet until he arrived. He was 5 minutes away. So I waited inside my car because it had just rained and it was still cold. The gas station was a little empty besides maybe 2 people. It's in the evening and I did't feel completely safe just standing outside. No more than 5 minutes of waiting in my car, a female employee working this evening knocks on my window and told me, "You cannot park your here in front of the pump. If you plan to park here for more than 5 minutes you need to let us know, otherwise I will call the police on you." I was d*** founded, couldn't believe the luck I'm in right now. My car breaks down and she's telling me she wants to call the police on me. My car was off, so I don't see the harm to the pump if she was applying that it was. Still, I apologized and said I wasn't aware of the 5 minute rule. It's very upsetting because she was very rude about it. Tonight was my 30th birthday dinner, which I cancelled due to the upsetting nature of everything here tonight. I wasn't in the mood any more. I would understand if I was blocking other customers from pumping and there were long lines waiting. The place was empty! There was probably 1 other customer pumping on the other side of the station. I hope this is my first and only time I am willing to contact the BBB about any business. This attendant really didn't have to come at me in the manner that she did. It was very threatening and unfriendly. I understand businesses are here to make money, I get that, but the place was empty. My car sitting there didn't create chaos, especially to grant calling the police on me
